After having problems with a 2011 Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep was towed to the location off of Goldenrod Rd. Multiple times I was called for positive information about the Jeep. After what work was done ,which was all electrical. Within 2 days the Jeep was fixed and done correctly. I think Cars Plus is a good place for fixing vehicles correctly.

Had my exhaust system replaced on my 2001 Honda CR-V. It was really rusted. Used my Costco discount. Thanks for the great service, Trent! 1/10/25 has the front two disk brakes done. So far so good.

My expectations were extremely exceeded! Went in for an oil change and had the most pleasant experience. The staff and mechanics were professional and transparent with addressing additional problems that need immediate repair. I highly recommend this establishment. I own three cars and plan to use them in the future. They have made a life long customer!

The battery kept going dead on my Ford Edge, and it was a brand new battery. I brought it to CarPro. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace a module that had gone bad. Not only did they keep me informed of the progress they were making, they also reconfigured the whole module and radio for me. I'm very pleased with their service.

These con artists quoted me $6500 to replace my transmission without details, I went to a mechanic today who found an electronic fault - cost me $200 to fix. I paid more because it's Christmas Eve. The errors are gone, no new faults, shifts perfect. I'm sending my quotes and receipts to every news agency in Orlando in a few days. Don't go here for anything serious, they will rip you off without thinking twice!

Costco partner and the first time I didn't feel taken advantage of! Honest, clean, respected my time, great communication, truly remarkable! Johnathan in the office was upfront about checking my brakes for no cost after being told at a different spot I needed new brakes and rotors ASAP for $1,100...guess what, I didn't. Highly recommend it - my new go-to spot. (If you're a Costco Member you need an authorization code from Costco auto online or over the phone, it doesn't cost you extra and it's easy, and then you can access your discount.)

I visited CarPro for the first time the other day for an oil change. Everyone was very professional and not pushy. As a woman, I can’t stand being talked down to or feeling forced into a purchase. My oil change was done in a reasonable time, the waiting area was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I knew going in I had two tires that will need to be changed. The gentleman brought it up and gave me a quote if I should want to get the tires from them. Again, informative but not pushy. I highly recommend CarPro for your automotive needs.

We came in, they checked out the car right away and got down to business. Friendly, fast, and smart service. Everything now seems to be in tip top shape. They did what most mechanics around me would've taken 2 days in just a few hours after they received the parts. Fantastic service!
