A first-time user with a one-person "oopsie," if you will. I had been quoted an absurd verbal quote from another place and decided to look around, and this is the place I landed on, based on the reviews. From start to finish, I had a great experience. Once I made my request with pictures, they gave me a written quote, itemized with all work that was potentially needed. I also had a phone call with them to voice my concerns, as I just wanted it done correctly, as it had never happened. I dropped off my car and they were responsive throughout the time they had it. Any questions or concerns via email were returned promptly. As a new customer of anything, you want to ensure you are in the right hands. If you bring your car there for bodywork, you will certainly be in the best hands. They went above and beyond, and I was elated to see my car look brand new. I can't say enough great things about my first experience, and I will be a returning customer.

Carrectly is THE tree sap removal in Chicago! I had sap that was stuck on for 9 months that they completely erased without a trace. Concierge coordinated the pick up and drop off of my vehicle and the customer service was great. Really impressed with their standard of care. 10/10 recommend.

It’s difficult to find trustworthy mechanics, but this shop is very thorough with communication and service. I highly recommend their detailing too. The pick up/drop off is a huge bonus for convenience!

Great experience with Carrectly. I've used them twice now to take care of the super inconvenient car emissions test required by the state of Illinois to renew your registration, and had them do an exterior wash while they're at it. They communicated well via text, were timely, and did what was promised. The exterior wash was good, not great, but that wasn't a huge deal for me. I'll be honest - the feeling of handing over your car keys to the concierge (who was very friendly) but didn't provide any type of of information or verification is a little weird, but there's nothing to worry about. They took care of my car perfectly! Would highly recommend Carrectly!

Requested a quote for brake pads, rotors & calipers and sent the VIN# as requested. Never received a response. We took our business elsewhere so another shop got our $1,000. Sometimes customer service is more important than price.

It was convenient to have my car picked up and dropped off, but service is sub par. We had charges for services not agreed to, one service was left out, and they wouldn't charge our car insurance directly, leaving me to front the entire bill.

I bought a Groupon for Carrectly having done very little research ahead of time. I can say without a doubt that this was the best experience I have had with trying a new service in as long as I can remember. The staff was incredibly friendly! When I called to make an appointment, they were able to get me in quickly. They were very communicative throughout the process and arrived exactly when they said they would, and returned my car ahead of schedule. My Groupon included interior car detailing, and I can tell you that every single inch of my car was cleaned thoroughly. It looked and smelled like a brand new car! Can not recommend this place enough!

I was very happy with every step of the service. I purchased a groupon for an interior detailing plus wash and wax. They did a great job, it was quick and easy to book an appointment, and the concierge service was so nice and convenient. My car looks and smells beautiful! I went ahead and purchased a full detail and ceramic coating for the spring so I'm looking forward to that.

Second time using Carrectly. Super convenient concierge service and great communication every step of the way. I requested a window tint service and got an email and text from Carrectly within 20 minutes of the request. They sent a text confirmation the day before my scheduled pick up time. Car was picked up during the provided time window and I got updates throughout the process. Payment and drop off were super easy. Highly recommend! You’re paying for the convenience and quality of their services. The tints look great, very happy with the way they turned out.

Carrectly did regular maintenance and an inspection on my car which helped sell it for $3k above what the dealer was asking. I was looking for an auto shop nearby and saw that Carrectly had a packaged Groupon deal. They were friendly and polite over the phone and in person. They picked up my car in downtown Chicago about 40 min past the 1-2pm pick up time, which was understandable since it was downtown and near the holidays. They kept it overnight and called me to give an update. They dropped off the car and I was pleased by how it looked, but noticed that the inspection report was incomplete and I needed it to show to potential buyers. I called them about my concerns, asking them to at least fill out the form properly. They picked up the car again to make sure they did everything thoroughly and brought it back again the next day. They were courteous and made things right though I would have preferred spending less time over something that should have been simple and straightforward.

Deluxe wash, underbody flush, & pickup/drop-off concierge service ($60): Perfection. Highly recommend. I haven't had a car of my own in Chicago for the last decade. I bought my dream car, which has a satin (ie, almost matte) blue paint job. Because it's precious to me and you can't buff scratches & such out of matte/satin, I had it fully PPF wrapped (elsewhere @ Tinting Chicago). You shouldn't take a matte/satin car, especially with a wrap, through an automatic wash unless special/specific conditions are met. Additionally, as a Chicagoan, I will always want an underbody flush to defend against the evil commonly referred to as salt. So I did my research and decided to go with Carrectly. I was fortunate enough to have been able to purchase a monster of a sports car. Having worked at an auto shop, I was worried about the pickup/drop off scenario (ie, someone else driving my car). I was also worried about 1) the actual washing process; if they did it like they would a typical gloss car, the satin finish could be permanently damaged & 2) using oily products on the interior. I communicated these concerns beforehand to multiple ppl in the process of handing off my 2 week old car for its first wash, but like any new father, I was still concerned. Before the wash, Oliver sent some pictures and called to let me know they found a few issues with the PPF wrap during their pre-wash inspection. He said they'd work around the issues and that he called the manager @ Tinting Chicago to help organize getting the wrap corrected. When I received the car, it was perfect. Thank God. I did a full inspection of my own and whipped down some spots, but I couldn't have done any better myself. I highly recommend Carrectly based on this experience. Recommendation for Carrectly: allowing for customers to create profiles on your website (or future app) and subscription payment programs. This would allow customers to maintain specific notes on their vehicles for technicians to reference (as opposed to possibly forgetting something when initiating a service request) as well as recurring/predictable revenue for the company. I recently moved, which produced a lot of filth in my cars' interior so I had been trying to find a reputable carwash in Chicago. My work doesn't permit me much flexibility so the concierge service (someone from the company picks up your vehicle) was very appealing. I felt uneasy with the idea of handing my key to a complete stranger, but after reading through the reviews of the company I felt more confident with it. The concierge was very friendly and the company is communicative about scheduling. I paid for the deluxe wash, which is a cleaning of the interior and exterior. My interior was noticeably improved; however, there were still spots throughout that contained residue and dirt. The exterior was fairly dirty. To credit the company, the snow in the city was melting so my tires most likely kicked up dirty water from the road so I have a hard time critiquing the company on the exterior work. The main reasoning for deducting 2 stars was being disappointed with the exterior and interior cleaning and receiving two invoices for the same service. To pay for the service they send an invoice to your email. Somehow in their system I got billed twice, but that was quickly rectified by calling their office and a staff member canceled the duplicate request. The inconvenience and stress surrounding this is a reasoning for deducting one of the stars. Also, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect regarding when I would get my vehicle back or who exactly I'd be communicating with in regards to transporting my car to and from their establishment, how the payment system worked, and what treatments my car was going to receive in the deluxe wash package. I think if you have limited availability to run errands and care about your vehicle, this is a good company to work with. The costs for services are fair, especially considering they come to you. A recommendation for the company for future use is to describe to a new client exactly what to expect during an intake.

One word comes to mind when thinking about Carrectly: PROFESSIONALS! Recently had my brand new 2020 Toyota Camry detailed by them (chrome deletion on the windows and a curb scratch that occurred on my rear wheel) and they were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. I'd recommend their services to anyone! Will definitely be back for more work in the future. 😁

ATTENTION CITY COLLEGE OF CHICAGO STUDENTS!!! After working with the CCC, and Carrectly, we managed to get this company approved vendor status for the Emergency Relief Fund (available to all enrolled students). This effectively pays $500 towards your insurance deductible if you choose Carrectly to perform your repairs. It is super easy to apply for too. Just talk to the Business Office. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of service of this company. Everyone that I worked with was polite, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. They had a concierge pick up my car from my house to bring it in for repairs and drop it off when it was done. The work was impeccable. My car was returned in better condition than when I first bought it. Absolutely beautiful work. Highly recommended. This is the only company I will use for my body work going forward. Friendly, communicative, thorough and professional. Carrectly noticed an error in the system from my booking, but still made sure they picked up and dropped off for interior + exterior at a super reasonable rate, $45. They were late to drop off which delayed us a bit for a wedding, but understandable considering the system mixup. Very glad this service was available.

Had an excellent experience! Sent my car for the interior detail and it came back looking like new inside! The concierge was great to work with, on time and great with keeping me updated so no waiting around for drop off or pickup. And let’s talk about the concierge - so handy to not have to deal with driving somewhere and arranging a ride there and back. No hassle and my car looks great.

Had the interior detailing and there were just a lot of spots that were either missed or overlooked. They left water spots, dirt, and dust. Then when they dropped off my car they parked my car down the block from my house despite the fact that there was space right in front and in the driveway. It just felt like a lot of lack of attention to detail which I didn't expect given the price. I wouldn't use them again and if you're shopping for a place to have work done I would recommend you keep looking.

I really love this business. The level of customer care is unbelievable. I've been a customer for repairs and details on multiple vehicles and I've been blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism displayed by the shop and its employees. Oliver throughly explained the estimate and answered all my questions and Kyle the concierge took great care of the delivery and return of the car. I received the Showroom Detail on a 2008 sedan. It looks absolutely brand new, like I just drove it off the lot and I've received so many compliments on how beautiful it looks! I would highly recommend utilizing this business’ services. My car battery had died while being parked in a parking garage. Not only were they able to fit me in the next day but the man who came out was very friendly and was able to quickly install a new battery.
