My preferred shop in the south hills. The guys down at Carroll are what you want in a mechanic - approachable, patient, and most of all good at fixing a variety of issues. I’ve taken four different vehicles there for different problems and every time the project has been done in a reasonable timeline with a fair price. Everything from electrical issues to your typical inspection needs - never had a bad experience at this shop.

Asked these guys to weld some parts to a bracket. The job was done very fast and the rate was terrific. Very nice people and I highly recommend them for the smallest to the biggest job.

Tried the place cause it was close to work that week. They inspected my truck, 92k miles, changed oil, front brakes n rotors.... Picked up my truck, not realizing they put it in 4WD high. I drove it for 3 hrs before I noticed something wrong.... However, didn't catch the 4wd switch for almost 7 days.... Needless to say, when I realized it had been put in 4w high, I switched it back to 2wd, and a week later, still issues, check engine light comes on and I need a new motor. Thanks a ton Chris n crew. I didn't really like that truck anyhow... My advice, check and double check EVERYTHING when u get ur vehicle back from them. In my opinion, this was just plain oversight. And the fact that I didn't catch it for a week is on me, but there isn't any light saying u have been switched to 4WD. Oh well. Live n learn.

Excellent and honest mechanic. Have been taking my car here for years and he has always done outstanding work at a fair price. Will never repeat the mistake i made years ago of taking a car to the thieves at Monroe. Kris treats his customers with respect. Good guy.
