My family and I always have an outstanding experience at Carrolls Tire thanks to Jack! From the first phone call to completing the sale, Jack is always attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Jack has repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service for my wife and I and most recently our daughter. The service was prompt and efficient and we feel confident in the quality of work. Jack's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Terrible service! Took 3 hours to get 4 tires installed. Returned my truck to me with the blue coating still on the white lettering and had some poor excuse that they can't find the scrub brush, si I had to take care of it myself. That was two weeks ago. Now I have leaking valve stems because they failed to replace them. Highly not recommend!!!!

Alfredo is the absolute best manager at carrolls tires. He is so very nice and I trust my three cars to him. Always a smile and so honest. He always knows his customers names and all about their cars. If Alfredo didn’t work their I would follow him. Great services always. Janet Simms

Over torqued all of my tires. Now I have to pay to get new studs put on. Sad because we’ve followed Alfredo from shop to shop for years but the service just isn’t the same.

Carroll's Tire in Bakersfield is THE BEST!! Had a slow leak in one tire. No one could find it. Decided to replace both front tires. Went to Carrolls and they found the leak and patched it. Told me I didn't need to buy 2 new tires. They could've got me for 2 new tires, but we're honest with me. Highly recommend them!! They have integrity!!

Horrible costumer service The manager was really rude to my family and I. Not only was he rude to us but he degraded his employee and cussed him out in front of us. The employee was very friendly with us. The manager should really learn how to control his anger and be professional.

Terrible terrible service, manager and employees. Brought in my car for new tires and left the car and my keys. Called to check in to see if it was ready, Alfredo (manager) told me that the alarm has been going off since they brought the car in. I never had a problem with the car or the alarm and Alfredo and his incompetent techs could not figure out how the unlock and lock buttons on an alarm remote work. Then Alfredo had the nerve to ask me for payment so I can pick up my car when the emergency lights were flashing and drive away. When I refused to pick up my car like that, he asked me to leave it for couple of hours till he can someone to figure it out. He then called me back and said the car is ready for pick up and that the issue is fixed. When I went to the shop to pick it up, I asked to check out my car before I make the payment. Tim of course called Alfredo (manager) to see if it’s OK for me to make sure the issue is fixed before I make the payment and pick it up. The car seemed to be OK at that time. I made my payment and picked up my car and went home. The next morning, my car would not start at all and basically my weekend is ruined. I called the shop and Tim said that the manager is not in today and that he needs to get hold of him. He put me on hold for 10 minutes only to come back and tell me that he could not get hold of Alfredo. Don’t make my mistake and go somewhere else.
