These reviews are an understatement to the horrible result from ALL mobile mechanics in Columbus. If I could leave a review for the whole city I would. Almost seems like there’s a massive city-wide scam of charging people for a $100-200 diagnostic fee then leave you out in the dark to deal with the problem yourself… Horrible. Trust the poor reviews and your instinct. Don’t hire these guys or anyone else. Just use YouTube or ChatGPT and fix the problem yourself. Man even hyped me up telling me he’s gonna take care of me…. What a joke. P.S. they’re probably gonna respond to this review acting as if they communicated with me or defending themselves somehow to invalidate my review . TRUST ME, they didn’t communicate AT ALL.

Car wasn’t turning over for days bow got it started in 30-35 mins great service 100 for the diagnostic very much worth every penny now I can make it home tomorrow to see my son give bow a raise I will very much recommend anyone in the state of Ohio to go C.A.R.S mobile mechanic if you want the job done the correct way he also pulled up in 45 degree weather again give that man a raise great service

Bo was awesome! Sunday evening after being out the better half of the day at football camp I found myself having car trouble more than 70 miles away from home. He came to my location in a reasonable amount of time and offered me options with total price transparency. In less than 2 hours after his arrival my problem was diagnosed, repaired and checked for function. I recommend this business for anyone in the Columbus area! For reference I was in Powell I’d also like to note that the tow bill would have been $900 plus the repair itself, Bo fixed it for a fraction of that price saving me money and time.

Stood me up all day yesterday we waited and waited and stayed at the meet up location just for him to bail and no response. He messaged me asking and i messaged back saying yes. Unprofessional. Don’t recommend New edit since he responded to my review. This is exactly why you don’t want to work with him or him do work to your car. he did in fact do my ball joint , took him about 4 hours, he left 4 main bolts missing cant even find them. He was supposed to do both but only did 1 , because it took him 4 hours to do one. Not only that, he’s now lying saying i canceled. He couldn’t even respond or be on time at all. Zero stars for this kid

He got me running and was very professional. My battery terminal cracked in half and he went and got the parts and even a new battery for me…..only had to wait an hr for him to come(didn’t mind he had other jobs) and he had me up and running really quickly !!! Def will be using for the future and recommend him for your car service ….

I had a car issue while out of town in Columbus. I knew it was probably the battery, and tried to get a jump, but I’m not sure I had a good connection to the other vehicle. I called this business at about 1:30pm on Sunday, which was my birthday. I was told several jobs were scheduled and it would be several hours before he could get to me, which I agreed to. So I sat in the hotel watching my phone on my birthday. My friend who was traveling with me went to dinner with our friend from Columbus, but I just waited in the hotel. Common courtesy, call someone back if you have to cancel. I called back at 7:30pm and went to voicemail. With no call back. Could have made $100 for a 10 minute battery jump. But I did find a really nice person who helped me out today and I got back home.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!! **HIS REPLY BELOW IS PROOF- 0 ACCOUNTABILITY, INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL** Reading these reviews I would have never guessed that I would have such a NEGATIVE experience..plus his RESPONSE to the situation just added insult to injury..I called on a Tues & was told he could come out next day in the afternoon (no specific time given but that was fine). Wednesday comes; haven't heard anything so by 3:30p I called & left a voicemail asking for an ETA. Shortly after he texts saying he'll be here in about 45 mins. Cool thank you! Exactly an hour later (4:45p) he texts saying he's "running a lil behind" but I'm his "next stop". Perfectly fine & I thanked him again. Another hour goes by & at 6p I text him asking if he will still be able to make it out to me that evening. He promptly assured me that he would. 2 HOURS LATER I text asking for an ETA. It was almost another hour later (8:45p) when he responded saying it would be 45 mins -1 hour. I needed the work done badly & though it was getting late; I told him I was still willing to wait & to let me know when he's on the way. He said he would.. but after not hearing anything from him, I ended up sending a message at 12 MIDNIGHT that at that point I knew I wasn't going to be serviced. Thursday morning, I sent a text greeting him & saying I was hoping he could rectify everything by coming out asap that morning. At 9:23 AM, he replied "Yes ma'am I have you for my first I'll text when I'm otw to you"...DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM AT ALL! I text him at 6:37 PM to respectfully tell him I'm disappointed on his lack of communication that day & being left without help 2 DAYS in a row, to delete my messages & that I will now have to seek service elsewhere. I received ZERO APOLOGY for that day OR the night before. In fact his response was "That's totally fine I've been waiting for you to reply which you never have until now". WHAT?! So when he said he'll text when he's on the way it was based on whether or not I said "ok" in order to be serviced!? Even though I already been let down the previous day, & it was because of that that it was discussed I needed serviced asap Thurs. morning & he said he was coming??? Like what else did I need to do for him to know I needed him to come finally help me with my vehicle? Basically implying it was my fault he didn't come. I wasn't buying it; he didn't attempt to reconfirm anything with me even if he really was waiting on a reply from me Thurs & I understand jobs can run over & things come up but nothing like that was communicated nor was I updated if any of those situations did occur or that we may even need to reschedule at any point Wednesday. On & off I was told I was "next" or he's"45 mins away" for over 8 HOURS & flat-out disregarded for another 24. Two days of my time wasted, my vehicle was not fixed. UNRELIABLE, INCONSIDERATE of my time, POOR COMMUNICATION, UNAPOLOGETIC & NO ACCOUNTABILITY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ** His reply is proof INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Literally saying he felt it was okay to waste my time & not show that day OR THE NEXT because since I was off work those 2 days, I could wait or be inconvenienced...not updated at all either. A simple "sorry but can we reschedule?" would have been better! BTW he's wrong!; I was never "careless with my keys" & what does how the cylinder broke matter anyway? Even if I broke it myself; its IRRELEVANT. What is is that I called him for a service that he agreed to provide & he did not nor did he try to rectify things the 2nd day like he said he would, period. Tryna place blame on the customers for being in a position to need the services he agreed to provide when he falls through & posting laughing emojis like its funny is crazy! AGAIN, INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL. That sob story would have been good to hear the day I was supposed to receive service but instead of explaining the delay & possibly making other arrangements, he chose to bullshit me saying he'll be "there in 45 mins" knowing he wasn't gonna bother for 2 whole days. Do better.

a few emergencies and traffic caused miscommunication but once we were on the same page, things started rollin! Great service! My serpentine belt kept breaking and he was able to fix the issue in a timely manner, in cold temperatures, at an affordable price. I’d definitely use their services again and recommend to others. Thank you again!!

Bo was an absolute life saver! My alternator died the day I was supposed to drive 3 hours for my first day of work and unfortunately it was a Sunday (when basically zero auto shops are open) so I was in a bit of a pickle. Bo answered the phone on the first call and agreed to meet same day! He did a great job of keeping me updated in his arrival status and then quickly completed the job in below freezing weather.

Bo was do professional and was the only mechanic willing to come to me to replace my drum breaks when no other mechanic wanted to even touch drum breaks . I won't call another mechanic to touch my vehicle thanks again Bo!!!

Bo’s a great mechanic booked an appt at 6pm and he was there in 30 mins for service, and an all around good person, even after he was done with my service he checked all my fluids to make sure everything was set and ready to go even when my engine WASN’T the problem. Too, much success to you Bo🤝

Excellent service. I was struck in the middle of road with my 7month old baby at 3pm because of battery alternator . every auto service said my car will get ready by next day and I found him.8 pm he came and checked my car then went to auto parts shop bought new alternator fixed my car by 11 pm I was in unknown state that time he came and helped.

For starters 5 stars because they are open on Sunday! Secondly, the woman who answered the phone was so kind and had great mannerism. When i called to ask for pricing I received an answer quick and when I went to book it was very easy and quick. Mr. Bo was there within the hour! (Booked for a battery change) he was also very kind, quick and efficient. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend to others! Thank y’all again so much!!!
