I recently had my 1999 Honda repaired at their shop and I am very happy with the work. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. The cost was less than I expected. Great guys to find after most other shops said they don’t work on older cars or they said they only work on insurance claims.

I needed some standard work done on my brakes, so I took my vehicle to a nearby place where I get my tires. They wanted a lot to fix the issues with my car, so I took it to Cars Plus to get the work done instead. They were up front as to what actually needed to be repaired, and I ended up saving a significant amount of money. Everyone there is professional and friendly. People were in and out all day, so they are probably well regarded in this neighborhood. I will be getting future repairs and maintenance done here. 5 stars.

I’ll be very candid and sincere, don’t be fooled by this auto repair place. They don’t know what they are doing and they lie to customers. I went in there for an engine replacement. 1st they broke my engine while taking down from the tow truck then they told me that they will just replace whatever they broke from my old engine. 2) before I towed my car there we had a set price for the work they were about to do on my car which was $1500, 2 days later they started calling me talking about they needed more money for other parts which I was ok with cause I wanted my car fixed properly, I end up paying $800 more than the price we agreed on cause at that point I didn’t want to be towing the car around. 3) They told me I’ll get my car back in 2 days, I never got the car back until a week later. 4) The day I picked up my car right as soon as I drove out the parking lot the check engine light came back on and I turned around immediately to complain, the. ALEJANDRO OR ALEX, whatever is name is said oh you can go for your tire appointment (cause I had already set one up the day I brought the car ) and that when the tires are done I can bring it back, when I did take it back they back they started passing me around talking about how he asked me to bring it back in the morning and I never did, please reviewers isn’t 10:18am morning?. 4) I have sued them in a small claim court, I know that might be a long process but I’ll definitely make them pay for not fixing my car properly and I paid them $2300 approximately. Please I’ll advise not to use this auto repair place cause they don’t know what they doing, they never pick up the phone NEVER. This is one of the most horrible auto repair place, I wish I had read other people’s reviews before I took my car to this pace and don’t be fooled by the good reviews they have, those are there people, I was there when they were telling one of there friends to write a good review online for them.Alex is horrible, he’s not a mechanic and doesn’t know anything about cars.

One of the few places in town where they do what you need. No manipulative sales pitch. No persistence with other services. You ask for a service they provide, and they do just that. The person at the desk is really cordial, too. Will always get my oil changed here from now on.

They can’t pin point ac problems. I wasted my money. Charged me to put on a new air compressor and ac still didn’t work. Then wanted to charge me more and couldn’t guarantee. 👎🏾

After sharing the problem with my vehicle, was misdirected on when my car part would arrive or when would be repaired, kept vehicle all day as a result of part not arriving when stated, shop did not state exactly what repairs would be done or involved, only to find that the initial problem stated was not resolved, unbeknownst until after obtaining receipt of work done. All I was offered for the overall inconvenience was...."Sorry" !

Really appreciate their willingness to correct issues. Most recent had issues with my car and not until later they were able to figure out that it’s related to a recall. They got my car fixed properly and I was able to feel safe driving my car again. I always bring my car here because they’re nice friendly and reasonable charges. Now my husband is beginning to go there for his future car maintenance needs.

For the most part my experience was okay. My car is older (207K + miles) and factory parts on it are starting to go bad. I went in last Friday, but couldn't wait due to a conflict in schedule. I came back on Monday the 8th and dropped my car off for a few hours. The diagnostic was $50. I already kind of knew what was wrong with my car, I just needed confirmation. My only complaint is that work was done on my car without my prior authorization (throttle body cleaned ) and I was charged an additional $50 for this. I was told this part may need replaced soon and if I keep having issues, would need to bring it back in. I looked up the cost of a new throttle body for my make/model car and they can range from $60 on up. I would have rather bought a new part and had them put them in, versus cleaning the old one that was going bad anyways. My second complaint is that I mentioned that I wanted my muffler checked out as well as my brakes and rotors. My muffler wasn't checked and I had to call back and ask if my brakes and rotors had been checked on. They hadn't been, so I waited a little bit longer for them to do that. I was told that they were at 35 percent, but I can still hear them as I drive, so I feel like what they told me was inaccurate. I ended up paying $100 that day total and don't feel it was worth it.
