I would highly recommend Cars Trucks-N-More. As a single female the experience of bringing a vehicle in for maintenance can be overwhelming and intimidating. The experience I had at this establishment couldn’t have been farther from that. The space is clean and inviting, the staff are friendly and approachable, and the parking lot is safe. My car needed a lot of work and they were meticulous in the explanation of what was wrong, what was needed, what the cost would be and why. They provided me with a loaner so the disruption to my life was minimal. I don’t plan to ever bring my car anywhere else.

I had brought 2 vehicles in recently; 1 for some repairs and the other just for a quote. Both times Ryan and the staff were awesome! Straightforward with estimates and recommendations! Plus free air in the tires as a courtesy check! I won’t go anywhere else!

My experience with the shop was absolutely horrible from top to bottom I went to the shop for a suspected intake leak I didn't have any check engine lights on I was quoted $600 for the job labor and parts. after the first day of being in the shop I was called and told it was going to be 900 because of broken bolts no pictures or proof shown.... I said I didn't have that kind of money and I could give them 700 bucks the best I could do they worked with me and said okay they ended up throwing some random bolts into the intake that they had lying around the shop not (tty) galvanized and chrome bolts I got my truck back within the day I decided to inspect the intake area ...the truck was running rough so questioned if they had done anything... ..found that everything around the intake was dirty and hadn't been cleaned which is part of the job of doing an intake gasket repair is cleaning the surfaces around the intake to make sure no debris falls into the engine also noticed on part of the intake gasket that they had installed had been damaged and was very dirty.....definitely not a good sign I also checked under the butterfly valve into the intake and notice that there was still oil on the inside of the intake very wet .. which when perform this intake job you are supposed to clean the plenum plate under the intake of all oil and debris that had been sucked in due to faulty intake which they did not... part of the cleaning process buy the book process.. they did put a new plenum gasket on that I could see but everything inside was dirty they did not do a very good job at all of cleaning the parts before they went back in and then as I was driving to the srore I noticed a massive coolant leak coming from the front of the engine I took it back to the shop they told me it was a heater hose with a pinhole leak even though I had about a half a quart on the ground after sitting for about 15 minutes not a pinhole..... I took it back to the shop they charged me $90! to cut the heater core hose down and reattach it after getting it back there were still coolant leaks I noticed the thermostat housing was leaking I had noticed that there where disconnected hoses and clamps there were also broken Clips and sensors around the intake damaged by when they took it off...... I had also noticed that the intake to water pump crossover hose was damaged it appeared it had been flapped over to the side but had never been taken off m Damaged when they removed the intake another big No-No as they say in the mechanic world that hose must always be replaced when doing the job there was a disconnected sensor that they told me they had done to keep the truck running on top of that with the new check engine light the vehicle stalls out every now and again and this is after paying about $800 to the shop I definitely don't recommend them my truck came out with more problems than it had (summary) vehicle not drivable after it left there shop will have to fix their mistakes or have another shop do it !(NO REFUND.....ISSUED)! CTAM great service like normal! I just finished an engine rebuild on my Jeep and wanted to get a second set of eyes on a concern that i had. They gave me exactly the feedback I needed plus list of items that need attention unrelated to the rebuild. I really appreciate auto service places like this that will help give pro support to a DIY person. Thank you!

Can’t thank these guys enough… driving home from WA to PA, had a check engine light. Figured it was catalytic converter or something related, these guys confirmed and fit me in immediately. Looked everything over, tried to save my O2 sensors but alas, they needed to go, too. They were completely transparent about the replacement cat—in order to keep me on schedule, they couldn’t get OEM but used an aftermarket that had failed for others in the past. Because I was just passing through, they really didn’t want to put the part in, because they couldn’t guarantee it. They’re a NAPA certified shop so I opted to have them do it anyway, figuring I’ll deal with it “need be” at home. They also were able to knock off a few hundred bucks since the part was a bit cheaper than estimated. Josh gave me all the warranty info I needed and was very patient and not only understanding, but very sympathetic of my situation. They offered shuttle services, and I was traveling with my large dog, whom they welcomed with open arms. Highly recommend these guys!

I can't speak highly enough of Josh, Christian, and all of the workers there. They evaluated my truck after the info I gave them, and immediately found the problems. They kept me informed of the repairs and completed them in a timely fashion. They are professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. They do great work...my truck runs like a dream now. I Highly recommend Cars, Trucks and More.

I had a very positive experience at Cars, Trucks and More. I had my truck towed to their facility, late Friday evening after hours, for what I thought was a bad transmission. Early Monday morning someone contacted me, met with me and diagnosed the issue. I had my truck back the same day, Monday. They provided premium customer service and fixed the issue at a good cost. I will be taking my vehicle to them for major mechanical issues.

We were broken down and from out of state and we were recommended to head their way. Pulled in and they were able to get us in and helped us through out the whole process of getting back on the road.
