I was selling my vehicle outright and at first went to Carvana. I bought the vehicle from carvana on a whim (hate vehicle shopping and the time it takes), so naturally was going to sell back to Carvana. After an hour at Carvana, they came back to tell me they couldn’t figure out the diagnostic hook ups and couldn’t buy my car. Literally spent no time to even help addressing the issue or other options. I went to CarShop after calling them on the phone. Within 20 minutes, my car was sold for $800 more than Carvana offered and they were absolutely awesome. Will never go back to Carvana after this. Thanks to Zach in the Robinson TWP PA location.

Purchased a Carshop Select vehicle which has a three month three thousand mile power train warranty. I drove the car home to the Gulf coast to discover the a/c was not functioning once I was in warmer weather. Carshop agreed to cover the cost of tha a/c repair plus some other repairs that they did not have to cover. Obviously a reputable place to purchase a car from.

Andrew at the Robinson location is a SUPER STAR! I think we are on our 4th or 5th vehicle purchased through him. We recently just added a commercial vehicle to our business as well as our personal cars. You know that bad feeling you have after a car purchase - you second guess if you overpaid or if there was something that you missed? This NEVER happens here. Very clear pricing, great interest rates....and excellent trade in values. They are my GO-TO forever going forward. Do yourself a favor - call Andrew before you make any car purchase.

Great Experience! They were very fair on what was offered for my vehicle and I got a great deal on what I purchased. Staff was friendly and it was a no pressure experience throughout . Salesman was fabulous when i bought my car 6 years ago. Nice, thorough, but no pressure. Not having to haggle over the price was such a relief. All their cars are low to low-ish mileage and in good shape. Have recommended them to several folks! I now use the service department there! FRIENDLY guys at the counter (Eric & Jon!), service and repairs that are done correctly, emailed reminders of appointments and emailed receipts in case I lose my paper ones. I trust that they will be honest with me about what needs to be repaired and how uegently the reapir is needed. What's not to like?!

I found the exact vehicle I was looking for. My salesman, Melvin, was great! I had to leave before we were through so Melvin brought the vehicle to our home and we finished the paperwork there. The price was better than other places by quite a bit. They also gave me a great price on my trade-in. Not only did I find the vehicle I wanted, but it was sitting in my driveway only a few hours later. I highly recommend this place.
