The team at Carstar located at Robin Lane is fantastic. They kept me updated as body and paint work on my truck progressed. If there were options during each step and phase, they contacted me, explained each option including how each option would look and if there were any function impacts. The results far exceeded my expectations. Update November 2024. Brought my motorhome RV in for sun cracked and faded decals. Carstar on Robin Lane removed the old decals and painted new graphics that look great.

Recently had my Prius in for some body work and the folks at Carstar were awesome. They were very professional and communicated to me every step of the way. The work they did was great, and I would have no problem recommending this shop to anyone who needed some body work done on their car.

Took my truck in after getting rear ended on the freeway. Mike did a great job of taking care of things and they did an amazing job on the repairs, it looks better than the day we got it. Couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

Addison and Mike did an awesome job on our repair. They exceeded our expectations as this was warranty work from an out of state CARSTAR company. They made the calls and got approval from the other company to do the repair. I was glad we took it to CARSTAR because the company proved that no matter where the damage occurred they will stand behind you. They were very communicative and let us know of the progress by text every step of the way.

I’m only giving 5 stars because giving 100 wasn’t an option. This was not only the easiest and most pleasant interaction I’ve ever had with a body shop, the estimator Mike also went WAY above and beyond to help me address a totally separate issue than the one I was originally there for. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind and gave impeccable customer service! I definitely recommend this shop!!!

We had a rock fly thru our car window while travelling from Phoenix to Sedona on a Sat. Our insurance Co arranged for us to have a temporary fix at Carstar. Addison was so accommodating & even stayed late, to get our car fixed and secured so we could continue our trip. It's rare to find a business these days that puts such effort into customer care & satisfaction! Highly recommend!

The service was world class. The team made the entire process easy and seamless, from communicating with the insurance company to coordinating the pick-up and drop-off of the car rental. The staff at carstar are amazing my wife and I had out scion xb repaired here after an accident and they did a amazing job about 1 year later the front bumper started to have some blemishes I call talked with the manager he said come down they took a look at it the manager was able to repair the front bumper for us under warranty whitch is fantastic love the work they do it's definitely flawless

These guys are great to work with! They kept me informed about the process of my car, and they vacuumed and washed my car, putting a mild scent inside as well! It was like I was getting a new car! Edit: They again went over and beyond for me and replaced Mt front bumper when it wasn't their fault that it wasn't staying on! Highly recommended!!!
