CARSTAR has always been the place to go for our car repair. This last time Rosendo managed to keep us updated about when the car would be ready and when the day to pick up came, the car was spotless clean and even bothered to put gas in it . We were very satisfied and appreciate all the work they did for us. I would definitely recommend them 100% ! Thank you CARSTAR!!

I went to the store for a minor problem with my car, but no one helped and they told me to come back next week. The reason was that Chris wasn't there. Is the huge place looking at a man? I definitely do not recommend it. They were the ones who gave 5 stars in the comments. 👎

My bumper couldn’t look better. They painted it to match so you can’t even tell it’s a replacement on a 12 year old car. They do good work here.

Erik was great to work with and kept me informed through the whole process. They worked with my insurance company for me which was such a relief, and I got my car back Friday in perfect condition. The prices seemed more than fair for the quality of work and I highly recommend going to them for your repairs!

Chilton on Shattuck was awesome. My car was hit while parked and the other guy’s insurance gave me a low ball estimate and mailed me a check. I didn’t deposit it. Chilton examined the car and got them to pay an additional 2,400 to do the job properly. They kept me informed all through the process. Eric and Rosendo were professional and great.

I had a great experience at Carstar Chilton in Berkeley. Erik, Rosendo and Alberto "Berto" took care of my car. My car is a classic and it appears that they treated it like it was theirs.
