Paola is super-friendly, and she noticed things that the other body shops didn't, and so she got more value out of my claim. My SMART Car came back immaculate, quarter-panel and door handle all brand-spanking new.

They did a great job with my car and even better were able to articulate the whole experience in basic terminology. They were great about communication and I would bring my car here again. They even gave it a fresh wash.

It took 3 almost 4 days to fix my side mirror. This was my first time bringing in my car in a car shop location in san francisco of course is probably an automatic red flag because its right in the tenderloins. Other than that nothing in the car should have been touched AT ALL. All the business needed to be done inside the car was to simply sit in the drivers and drive it when they need to. I noticed my stuff were put in different spots. Very unprofessional. But ofc “wheres my proof” i should have video taped it before giving my car but they will always come with b.s excuses anyway.
