Carstars was very helpful and kept me posted on matters pertaining to my vehicles repair. Their willingness to assist me in getting my vehicle returned and information needed was awesome. Although the car was deemed totaled by insurance I was able to retain the vehicle and repair myself.assostance much appreciated.

Everyone there was kind and very helpful. Especially Sonny who went above and beyond to make sure my repair process was quick and efficient. The technicians were very quick with the repairs as well. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Great place to take your car! TESLA certified! They even did sell the car afterwards :). Very good job! Great customer service from the front desk! Easy to work with the rental companies for the rental cars. They pick you up and you just drop off the car at the shop. My experience was very good!

I researched online for a body shop to repair my Rivian that was rear ended. I chose Carstar Chilton Auto Body Santa Clara after reading another Rivian owners positive review. I was not disappointed. Sonny kept me posted every step of the way from damage that was found, ordering parts, work completion and final calibration. I highly recommend Carstar Chilton Auto Bidy Santa Clara.

Gave my car for a very minor bumper repair with a sensor fault. They kept it for multiple weeks (over a month now) and kept pushing out estimated time due to requirements for new parts from the manufacturer. Finally after fixing it, they said they did a software reset and the vehicle did not turn on. They sent the vehicle to the manufacturer service center and that team continues to diagnose the issue and are unable to fix it thus far. It has been over 5 weeks at this point. And you call yourselves an authorized service center! Absolutely disappointed with how this is being handled. Only good point worth a star is communication updates from Sunny, who let me know about the delays. I just wish they had managed it better and been careful with the electronics.
