CARSTAR was the perfect body shop to work with, and Chuck especially helped make the process as stress free as possible. They were friendly, available, quick to respond, and willing to give excellent advice thru all aspects of the process. Would highly recommend!

Current Customer. Decided to try CARSTAR based off the reviews. Had a conversation with Chuck (estimator) about have a single part (fender) painted for my X5. I was assured this would be a quick turn around on since I was dropping it off. (Out of town customer that had time constraints) The price was fairly steep ($580ish). Honestly more what I expected, but based off reviews I felt it had value. And chuck assured me it would be in and out. Here it is going on 3 weeks now. My part still isn’t painted. Haven’t been contacted about my part. I called early last week and was told that it just went back. And now unsure when/ if I can even get it. I was working here for a month out of town from Texas but now have to return home without having my car part. Hoping CARSTAR doesn’t try to mechanic lein my car as I’m now out of state back home and unsure when I’ll be returning to Wichita. Tough pill to swallow considering it will cost me $160 and ten hours in gas/time round trip to resolve.

The work they did was as professional as it comes. The car look better after their repairs than before the accident. Being an aircraft mechanic and aerospace engineer, quality is the first requirement and I can see quality when I see it. CarStar will repair your car with the greatest degree of professionalism and quality.

Carstar did an amazing job! I needed some additional work done after they fixed damage that was done to my car. They took care of that as well and did outstanding work! I would highly recommend them. Chuck is amazing to work with and strives to be the very best at what he does!! It shows in the quality of work that they do.

Car looks great! Hasn’t looked this good in ages and I just wrecked it! Came back with interior cleaned, as well. Always have been happy with the work from Ray and his staff.

What I thought was going to be a complicated repair, CarStar was able to make easy work of it! I cannot even tell where the damage was at on my roof. The repaired roof looks like it came straight from the factory. Chuck was able to answer all my questions and keep me informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone!

Very satisfied with the work they do. They will do things the right way. Based off the quality of their work, you can tell why high end dealerships in Wichita use them as their primary body shop.
