Used car star after someone hit my car in a parking lot. Customer service was excellent the entire time. They coordinated the rental car pick up and drop off for me and the body work/paint matched great!

They were able to get me in right away. Kept me updated throughout the process, had the work done in a timely manner. The car looks great, they even washed it for us. Very friendly staff. Hopefully I don’t need them again But if I do, I would definitely use them again.

CARSTAR west did a great job with my car. I was in Dallas when my Lexus was hit. I looked up places to take it in and CARSTAR came up I gave them a call and they got in me in quick. Very helpful team. And my car looks great.
