Had a great experience at CARSTAR Greg Young Collision. Dropped my truck off to have my rear bumper replaced and it was a quick and easy process. They took care of everything and even accommodated me with a Saturday pickup by leaving it with there service center!

I am pleased with the outcome of the repairs done to my 2018 Silverado. It did take about a month, but they explained there was the storms in the gulf states and all the vehicles damaged by the spring storms in our area alone that was the cause for the delay. I am glad I took my truck to Gregg Young to get the damage repaired.

Truck came out nice. But, I received a scratch on my drivers side back door that I did not have when I brought it in. I took my truck home and hand washed it to uncover anything. That's when I saw the scratch. They did a great job with the hail damage.

Excellent customer service and quality work. Although the repair (major hail damage) took a while, they updated me along the way and provided a courtesy vehicle. Thanks for a great job on my Jeep!

The best part of my experience was the professional experience with Preston. There is also a lady there that i did not get her name but watching her and Preston talking to customers was quite refreshing. The not so good experience was that they charge a 3% fee for using a charge card. I did not see any signs reflecting that and I was not told this until I took my card out to pay. I would have gave 3 stars be ause of thos but considering the customer service side, I am giving 5 stars.

I hate having to take my truck here, but it is comforting to know that John C and his team will treat my truck like their own! Can't even tell it was ever damaged, done on time and they even vacummed the inside!
