Horrible experience with the staff. There was one person who was extremely rude. Horrible communication. Would NEVER recommend this place, regardless of what your insurance says. You do not have to go to the preferred place and I will NEVER come back to carstar. I did not trust them to do the work properly. They did not communicate with my insurance company. No one wanted be at a collision center; show some sympathy.

I had my car brought here to fix some vandalism, the work they did was not very good. Got paint on part of my bumper that shouldn't have got paint on it. Not happy with it at all A friend of mine took his truck in for hail damage, got his truck back in shambles. Came back with electrical issues, trash in the bed, and barley had any gas in it. Truck had more issues now than it did going in. Don't bring your vehicle to these guys.

Going to Carstar for my car's door repair was a great choice. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a reliable shop. Carstar was quick, fairly priced, and professional. I felt confident in my decision to work with them for my repairs - it didn't feel like I was ever being "worked over" or taken advantage of which I've come across as a female in the car world many a time. Will definitely be back!!

Major shoutout to Zach for his superb customer service and his dedication! I spoke on the phone with him first and he was so pleasant to allow me to bring my car in within 11 minutes notice. I brought my car in for a dent in the plastic bumper and he came outside with me to check it out. I was so surprised when he got on the ground himself to try to push it out. Although he wasn’t successful, he immediately drove my car to the mechanics in the back and they did their best work to make it look better. It was complimentary and I’m so grateful!!! THANK YOU ZACH AND CARSTAR NW ❤️

I could not recommend this place more! The staff, specifically Zach/Zack (not sure on the spelling!) who helped me out the most throughout the process, were all kind and helpful, and repairs were done in a very timely manner. Happy to have my car back in tip top shape, and really appreciated the communication this place offered. Great place!!

Great service here! Everyone was so friendly and did an absolutely wonderful job! My car was vandalized in my apartment parking lot and most estimates I received were $1-3k to repaint. CARSTAR was the ONLY place that was offering a fair estimate to remove the spray paint without repainting the whole thing. And it turned out great! Highly recommend these guys!

We recently to our vehicle to CarStar for a fairly minor repair. CarStar gave us an estimate for the total repair. When we decided to do a partial repair, CarStar helped us with a new estimate and the repairs were completed in one day. Great job!

Can’t tell you how many times Trevor, Travis, Zach and the rest of the CARSTAR team have taken care of my vehicles over the years. Most recently they replaced & fixed my Chevy Blazer from hail damage. 8K worth of damage & 8 days later, she’s shiny and good as new. They cleaned all of the interior and exterior and even repainted my hood for me despite what insurance wanted to cover. Will keep coming back to these guys no matter the reason! Thank you!!

Carstar Northwest just did an amazing job to get my dad’s car fixed from hail damage. They’re all so friendly and explain everything through out the progress. And it took a week to finish everything. Highly recommend this car shop
