I had my car towed to CarStar, why? because I was praying asking *GOD to Lead me to the right place to get my car repaired, my client had accidentally hit it and I had just got my car prior to that, when I got up there, I felt no worries, I believed that CarStar was honest and was going to make sure my car was going to look the way it was, before it got hit, everyone was very courteous and professional when I got there, Chad and I went outside and looked over my car and the damages, he explained what the estimate could be, and how long it could approximately take, and stated that Mike would be handling the situation, when my car was finished, CarStar called me and I went to pick up my car, I was very pleased 😀 and happy 😊, my car was even more beautiful, CarStar did a wonderful job on my car, and lived up to their Mission, yes I would refer CarStar to people if they are looking for a Auto Collision Shop, I am a Satisfied Customer. Awesome service! I was initially on about a month wait (understandable after summer storms), but got a call after about a week and was offered a cancelation spot. In the next week and out! Family has used this location multiple times, nothing short of outstanding experiences.

Excellent service from start to finish. I made an insurance claim for auto body damage. I made an appointment for repair and they reserved a rental car for me. Once in the shop, I received regular updates on the time to completion. They finished a few days earlier than anticipated and I was able to pick up my car and leave the rental car with them. They restored the damage to new and cleaned the car inside and out. Nicely done!

I brought my truck here after i got into an accident and they did amazing! My truck looks better than when i brought it in (they even detailed the interior and buffed my headlights for me) I was working with insurance so I did have a rental vehicle at the time, they worked so quickly to get my truck back to me and it worked perfectly. They did my body and had my mechanical issues worked out through third party. I got my truck back the day before my rental had to be turned in so it saved me a lot of money. I’m also a mechanic who is extremely picky about other people working on my vehicles, this location was so patient with my millions of questions and constant calls checking in. I could not be more grateful that this specific Carstar location was the one to take care of my truck!!

The worst experience ever!!! The estimate was a tad more then the value of my car so I decided to keep it and they completely took alot apart that weren't even involved with the accident. They thought I was going to just let it go. When I paid to have it towed back to me I was so angry because they did not put it back together. It should have been brought back to me the way it was dropped off to them. The inside of the door was completely took apart with 100 screws on my floor which the door had nothing to do with the accident! I even called them and my insurance and no one cared or even wanted to make it right! I Will tell everyone to never go to the auto shop because of the worst experience ever!!!!

I felt like family as soon as I walked in the door. The help I got was outstanding. I brought in a Saturn sedan that had been in a front end collision. I had loaned the car to a friend. Tim told me that the parts might be difficult to locate because the Saturn is not made anymore, but I said I would want to repair the damage if possible, and that I would pay the bill (as far as insurance was concerned the car was totaled). Tim was able to locate the necessary parts, the car was repaired, and the job was very impressive to look at. Tim was great to work with, he was accurate in his estimate of the total cost, and the customer service was great. Not only was the damage from the accident repaired but the car was clean and polished and looked totally renewed when we picked it up. I am totally impressed with the job that was performed here.

This is my 3rd visit for car repair. They are excellent at what they do. I will recommend Carstar to anyone who wants good service, fair and honest pricing. If you have had disappointment with "Dingmans" and other body work place's, give Carstar Silver Hammer a try.

Place does fantastic work. Hung a rear bumper on a 14 grand cherokee and pulled a nice crunch out of my quarter panel, among other things, in a 15 genesis coupe. Paint looks good and fitment is as it should be. Good people.
