One of the most affordable oil changes in town. They did a great job. The only wish I had would be they reset my oil on the dash, but that's easy to do.

This place is not it. Told them my brakes were out and they decided to drive it and crashed it into their shop! Then tried to tell me they weren’t going to do anything about it. After I told them I was gonna sue they fixed it so being the nice guy I am I tried to give them another chance and let them fix the actual problem this time and what did they do? Lied and tried to tell me my entire braking system needed to be replaced. I knew that wasn’t true so I took it home put new calipers and pads on it and it was fixed. Do not come here if you are needing honest people to do honest work on your car.

Cartec's consistently excellent service is what keeps me returning whenever I need service. Their technicians are experienced working on all brands of cars (mine is i Kia). They do not try to upsell and have saved me $$$ from unnecessary repairs when they cleaned a part instead of replacing it. And it works great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will take you home/work and pick you up if repairs need time to get needed parts.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CM

unfortunately i had made an appointment online for an oil change on a weekend day, only to arrive and find out cartec is not open on weekends. very frustrating for me.

We are a family of 4 with one car. I called around to four other shops and no one else could get me in the same day except for Cartec. They offered me a ride home when I dropped my car off and updated me several times throughout the day. They were professional and able to get my car fixed and back to me the same day. I am grateful for all their help and will definitely use them in the future! Went back to Cartec for another issue. They got me in the same day and got the problem solved as well as advised of some other things that need to be done. The only thing I was happy with was that they didn’t give me a quote for the other issues as I requested. They told me they would but rather listed the issues I need to address without a cost estimate. I am hoping I don’t have to have any another $150 diagnostic fee to receive a quote for the other issues they’ve asked me to address.

I don’t know what I’d do without CarTec. They are the best auto maintenance company I’ve ever used. They’re honest, reliable and professional. They’ve never steered me wrong and we’ve always been pleased with the outcome. Many, many thanks to the staff and crew!!!

Linda at the desk is wonderful. I had an oil change, but they also made sure my tires were appropriately filled and even added windshield washer fluid! Had no idea they would do those things and was quite grateful. Would definitely go back were we not moving out of state.

Made an appointment online to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle Monday morning. I brought it in, only for the clerk to have to enter my information in (incorrectly). 12:30 comes around, and I haven't heard anything, so I call them. The clerk tells me they would give the paperwork to the tech and they would call me back. The tech tells me what's wrong with my vehicle, and that if I bring in my car early, they could get it fixed. I said, "I brought it in when you opened." The tech offered no response, or even a reason why I hadn't been called about my vehicle. I went to Midas two days later, got a call back after two hours, and got it fixed the same day. I will not patronize Cartec again.

These guys are the real deal. I contacted them mid morning. Explained my situation and they were able to work me in early afternoon and get me out the door at four w news brakes and rotors. Grateful for everyone’s time and assistance, a job well done thank you.!

Absolutely amazing job! They worked on my H3 Hummer after other places couldn’t fix it. Very quick turn around time, didn’t screw me on price and the customer service is top notch! Very impressed.

I recommend this place %10000 percent. Customer service is top tier. The price is very affordable too.They bent over backwards to make sure my car was safe to drive home. I also did not have an appointment. The mechanics here were super knowledgeable and helpful. David, one of the mechanics, was kind enough to go the extra mile for my car and the safety of it.

I would not recommend their services! I took my car in for an oil leak and they didn’t replace everything they told me they would. They only fixed one rubber seal, serpentine belt, two stabilizer bars and the timing cover gasket… when I picked my car up after payment the was no oil in my vehicle at ALL. Witch is crazy because they were supposed to fix the oil leak!!!! They overcharged me for the services AND it took a whole week for me to get my car returned to me. They also didn’t communicate with me during the waiting period and I had to take my car back because they didn’t do job right TWICE. I literally feel scammed I paid $1,380 for the bare minimum of work and my car is still leaking oil still to THIS DAY!!! THE OFFICE LADY REFUSED ME OF SERVICE WHEN I ASK FOR HALF MY MONEY BACK ! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!

Linda was extremely knowledgable and provided a seamless experience. She made sure to check in on me and keep me updated w/ my car, and made sure I fully understood what was going on. David my technician did an amazing job as well and has very good attention to detail. If I could give 6 stars I would, Thank you all so much!
