The worst car x I have ever visited!! Was sold 4 defective tires and when one tire bubbled up. No one cared that I could get killed if I didn’t notice it and went on the expressway. I was told if I die because of the tires car x is not to blame!!!! I went crazy, why would anyone tell me this? I was mistreated and will never recommend this car x or any!!!!!! They still think that car x is right in the fact I was mistreated. I had to get the tire put on at a cost to me and that’s not right or fair!!!!

Early November, I received amazing customer service on my Ford Edge. These guys knew exactly what they were doing from the mechanical side, to the front desk.

I have been taking all of my cars here for 25 years. Always very professional, honest and have saved me a lot of $ over the years. They will always let me know when repairs or replacements are necessary. I would not take my cars anywhere else. Very fair and good prices..

Brought a Mazda 3 in recently for brakes, and suspension work. In short... This place is buttoned up. They had me bring the car in the morning. They called with an estimate within two hours after dropping the car off. Car was ready by 3:00 that same day. And yes, the shop was very busy with other work. They're well staffed, and have a large number of bays to service cars. The service advisor behind the front desk is personable, yet moves with a sense of urgency. This Car X is what car service should be like, but often isn't anymore. I'll be back.

Always have a pleasant experience with this business. I was referred by my family about 13 years ago and I've been a repeat customer ever since. As with most repairs, the price can be high, but I value quality over quantity when it comes to safety. I appreciate their timely turn arounds as well. Dennis and John are great to work with it!

This place is awesome! I was in a bind and needed my tire patched up because I had a leak ASAP, and they were courteous, transparent with me about cost, and super quick about getting it done. I am definitely coming back to this place and referring them to others.

We first found this shop on the internet because we needed a tire repaired. The customer service was great the guy that repaired our tire made me aware of a bubble in one of the tires as well as suggesting get the brakes check as well. So as IIt turned out we returned to have not only the brakes but the rotors as well, just like last time customer service was great.

Dennis, Joe and Roger are the best. Friendly, informed and went the extra mile for my son's car which had contracted the cursed Chicago disease known as potholitis.They found a tire for his 2012 Nissan Maxima. Then his car failed the emission test which meant he couldn't get the license plate renewed. Again Dennis, Joe and Roger stepped up and finally, due to their expertise the car passed. I highly recommend this repair shop. Most mechanics don't really spend time explaining things but they did-no rush job or fast talking which was great.

I had to stop here because I picked up a bolt in my tire. I have painted rims on my car and not only did they scrape paint off when patching the tire they gouged the rim badly. All that quality service while charging me the most I have ever been charged for patching a tire. Horrible experience wish I would have driven somewhere else.

I took my car in because the check engine light had came on and then my car starting cutting off at stop lights and stop signs. They kept my car for 1 day and then called me and said that they had checked it, no check engine light , however, I needed a tune up and a new battery and the complete job would cost $972. I said I did not think I needed a battery but whatever it took to fix my car. The next day they called and said my car was ready. I came paid and left. 2 days later I had the same problem, I called they told me to bring it in. They kept it 1 day, called and said they put it on diagnostic, no codes, they drove it, no stopping and to pick it up. I did not believe they drove it because my gas was at the same level as when I brought it in. I took it home and 1 day later same problem when I drove it. I brought it in, now they told me they would have to charge me for labor, "because the technician needed to make money to look at my car again". I protested saying what about the technician that already had been paid for the work that did not fix my car. Then they told me that they never really knew what the problem was with my car they only "suggested maintenance" which was the tune up and the battery. I told them that they should have told me that $972 ago and gave me an opportunity to decide if I wanted maintenance instead of repair. They then told me I should take my car to the Dealer. No Kidding!! Needless to say I was deceived, think I should be refunded some or part of my money and will never go or refer anyone to CarX. The problem ended up being a bad Crankshaft sensor which was repaired by a "shade tree" mechanic at a cost of $300 and I have not experienced any problem since.

I went there 3 days in a row to get my brakes done and there was no mechanic on duty but there were two guys sitting in the garage on a chair doing nothing also service I would never visit this place again
