As a younger woman I’m typically really intimidated to get my car worked on. The people at carX on Ohio Pike are so kind and are always honest with me about my car. They never have recommended anything that was unnecessary or not worth it. Their prices are always fair and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs.

Got a last minute appointment the day of when the other mechanics were booked, and we got a used car we were looking at inspected for free to make sure everything looked solid. Great customer service!

First time customer at the Asbury Road location. I am a 74 year young female. Chris was extremely helpful in my search for four new tires. He went above and beyond in making sure I received the best service. I highly recommend this Car-X location! I will definitely take my car for all the services they offer!! The manager Kevin and his crew have always been solid each time I’ve taken my vehicles in. It’s very appreciative to have an honest mechanic shop that’s treats you fair and good these days!

I went for a tire repair and told them which one had been losing air. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with that one so they repaired a different tire because that one had a screw…. And here I am still stuck with a tire continuously losing air.

Had a flat next door to their shop. I called and asked them for help they wouldn't even bother with me so I will make a point never to bother with them and I will tell anybody that ask never to go there.

Heard alot about this place and good things so I checked it out for myself and they were right great customer service and I got an oil change and was out in 10 mins. The service man brought me my car explained what he did and was polite and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need will take my car there for all my car service or repairs

I went to discount tires to get a new set. Well, let's just say after the new tires, my Cruze was pulling to the left.. We are going on a trip and I was concerned. They fixed the problem and did a trip check for me. Needless to say, I will not be using the other guys anymore..

I've been coming to this place for about 15 years on and off. I've had multiple vehicles serviced here. They do great work, they do it as quickly as they can, and prices are fair. I never feel like I'm being pushed or BS'd. They get to the point and get you what you need.

On 4-11-23 took my car in to get one of my tires looked at because 3 days prior it went flat. Put some fix a flat in it to get me where I needed to go. In less than 10 minutes my car was pulled in at one of the bays. In less than 10 minutes they were done. I had a nail in it and they sucked out the fix a flat as well. Two weeks later it's still holding up. Thanks guys! Appreciate the attentiveness.

Refused to even look at the tire I bought from him because I used fix a flat. Told me I have to buy a new one ( barely used tire.) Took it to discount tire, they offered to repair for free and if not repairable, quoted a tire 100$ less. Will NEVER go there again and it's practically next door.

I came in for a coolant flush and they found a leak in my system. They called me, gave me options, and ended up not charging me for anything because they looked at it as a diagnostic service. They are fantastic.

Wouldn’t honor warranty on faulty tire. Just told me everything that I did to cause the new tire to lose air since the day of installation. Very disappointed.
