I like the service but sometimes they don't stick with time table given for repair. However, I wouldn't take my vehicle some place else. What can I say, I am 5 year and counting customer.

Always great work thanks again. #EDIT As a mechanic myself, I do not have time to work on my own vehicle. I am picky and won't just go to anyone. That being said, after a trial run, I seen right away they know what they are doing. They are excellent in Automotive diagnosis and repairs. They don't do anything halfway. They are very professional and they will work with you. I cannot see how someone would give a bad review. You do not have to worry about getting over billed or billed for stuff you do not need. Very trustworthy. I trust them with my baby. It has been about 2 years since I first walked in the door for repairs and I can tell you they do an amazing job. Make them your mechanics and you will be thankful.

DO NOT BRING YOUR NEW VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Leased a brand new vehicle and needed my snow tires put on. Only went to this place because getting tires replaced at more well known tire shops is tough this time of tear (November) in Michigan. The 1st problem I had was the price. Discount Tire would have charged $80 to replace and balance 4 new tires. This place charged me $150. The biggest issue was the damage they did to my brand new wheels. When I brought the vehicle in the car had less 500 miles on the odometer. After paying, they pulled the car out of the shop. I inspected the tires + wheels and 3 of 4 rims were damaged. After pointing this out to the manager, he tried to tell me the wheels must have been damaged before bringing it in.. The wheels were not damaged before bringing into this shop. To make matters worse they offered no compensation or money back for the damage was done. This is unacceptable. The wheels need to be replaced and I’ll be responsible for it when this lease is turned in. Avoid this place at all cost. Not only will you get better work done but also a better price.

I was stranded in Detroit, two hrs from home. My fuel pump went out! Very thankful that this place was close, and everyone was so helpful, they got my vehicle right in, even though they were extremely busy! After the horrible experience I had at the Chevy Dealer , I brought my car in to them , got a complimentary diagnosis , and they got the job done same day. Since this experience, I had a few other issues with my car & have received the same quality of service & speed of service each time. They even have a student discount available. This shop is my mechanic now! Thank you all so much for all you do!

I had gone to two other shops and they gave me the terrible advice to continue driving on grumbling brakes because they couldn't figure out the issue. Cass Auto was recommended to me from a friend so I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. By lunch time they had already figured it out and my car was ready for pickup before 5:00 p.m. This has been one of the smoothest mechanic experiences I've had in a while.. even compared to the Dodge dealership that I usually go to. I 100% recommend using Cass Auto and I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Went to get my car assessed for damages and they let me know what was wrong within an hour of dropping it off. Albert was very insightful and was willing to have my car lifted to get underneath and show me what exactly was wrong with it, as opposed to just telling me like most auto shops will. They had it fixed within a few days and so far it is running well.
