Should have known not to take my car here due to my mom having bad experience yearsss ago. My grandparents suggested Tran to fix my car. Paid $30 extra to tow it there. Left my car up there for about a week, even asked me to come sign paperwork so they can work on the car. Suggested fuel pump then realized electrical after I already mentioned I have a supposed short circuit from previous mechanic. Then tran calls back to state he doesn’t have experience in Hyundai… WASTED TIME. Then he was ready to put my car back on the side of the road let my battery in car die and left parts unscrewed in my trunk! NO RESPECT once he’s threw with you.

Bad after the call / Conversation I was asked to bring my Truck over so on the day of me bringing my Truck noone for service my self and my husband had breakfast an lunch and still no show I called the number and was told that he would be there in 30mins and of course we waited some more just to once again not to be serviced so after 1 pm of the no show ...yeah we took our business elsewhere. This was hours of my day wasted with no call back as to what happened so I will not recommend them to anyone .

Cassat Auto Imports is a great place to bring your foreign vehicle to get service. The owner which is the chief mechanic is very knowledgeable, honest, and pricing for service is fair. From now on I will start to bring my husband 's cadillac for Cassat Import to maintain it service. In the past his car was being service at fi... cadillac, on Blanding and I had an incident there with our other vehicle which is foriegn and the mechanic at fe.... cadillac did something unethical to my vehicle, and now I cannot trust there mechanics or business with any of our vehicles. I had to go to Cassat Imports to fix the problem. So I am here to stay. Thank you.

I have been taken my 2003 Mercedes Benz here for over two-years at the recommendation of a close friend. During my first service the owner advised me that he previously worked with a Mercedes Benz Dealership in Philly. He also advised me that whoever has been keeping up the maintenance on my vehicle has done a great job -- I responded that only Mercedes has maintained my car. Since I started during business with Cassat Imports I have received nothing but quality service. I even had the opportunity to witness my vehicle being worked on, when it was discovered that the hose fueling gas to the engine had begin to dry rot. Mr. Chin started another Mercedes in a stall and allowed me to touch and feel how the line should have a constant beat (heart beat) to ensure the flow of gas was floating. Mr. Chin and his wife is very nice and patient. They take the time to ensure that you know the cost of the service and all requirements prior to beginning the work. I recommended my neighbor to Cassat Imports and he advised that he was well please, with going to the Mercedes Benz Dealership and being overcharged for a 30 minutes to 1 hour service job. I totally recommend this location for service calls on import vehicles which have graduated from the warranty or service contract. Michele Wilson

My name is Darious Smith. I have been using this shop for five years, and Chanh is the best mechanic in Jacksonville and all of North Florida. His wife Linh is a big help to him as well. His brother Charly just recently joined the team, and he has brought his 20-plus years of experience in owning three or more auto shops in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Chanh, Linh, and Charly are the only ones I trust that can work on my Mercedes. Guys, stop getting ripped off at the dealership and other shops. Bring your vehicle here to Cassatt Imports. If I could give this family ten stars ⭐️ I would. This family is incredible, and everyone should bring their vehicle to Cassat Imports for service or repair😊.

I thought this was a reputable place to have my Mercedes repaired. They replaced my thermostat and some lines. In the repair they failed to replace some parts which causes a major oil leak in my car. When I returned the owner refused to even look at my car and said he did not do it. I then took my car to Mercedes who confirmed he was negligent in properly replacing parts on my car. This could have been a simple fix had he taken the time to look according to Mercedes. I paid him 2000.00 to mess up my car.

Only giving 1 star because zero isn't an option.the new owners are totally clueless .their 2.7 rating says alot,but even that's too high....If you others are as mad as I am let's organize a protest in front of this make believe shop,dont take your Jaguar there .they are totally clueless.

Dump! Terrible customer service, if there is a problem with the repair. He gets real defensive and irate. Customer is always wrong should be his slogan! He said; he was done with me and I already knew when I went back for the 3rd time he wasn't going to listen. Sometimes trying to save a few bucks can have terrible consequences.

My husband discovered Cassat Auto Imports years ago. Cassat Auto Import has been the only service and repair provider for our last 3 cars. We have never had a problem with customer service and has received expert auto repairs for over 20 years. When the new owner , Chan took over there was and continues to be a smooth transition and quality care.

This is the safest most experienced place on the west side to take your BMW. The owner is very friendly and explains in detail without making you feel dumb. I’m always going to take my BMWs here.

Outstanding service from the most technical mercedes mechanic in Jacksonville. I have dealt with the mercedes dealer and other mercedes mechanics in town, but none can come close to the knowledge and experience at Cassat Auto Imports, Inc.
