I had a nail in my tire. I called Cassidy and got an appointment right away. The desk person got me in quickly. The service person fixed the tire just as quickly. Went back to work happily.

Great service. David walked me through and clearly explained the various issues with my beloved 2003 Corolla. He helped me weigh the various options. Price wasn't cheap but it was fair given the amount of work they did, and they were able to get it done in a matter of hours. To top it off, David even stayed 20 mins past closing while I figured something out with my bank. Car feels great now and was worth it. A+ service in an era of declining customer service. I will be coming back.

Buying tires can be quite the challenge and stressful, from prices and most importantly service. Cassidy is an exceptional place to get your new tires or for a quick flat fix. They make it easy and no hidden agenda. Very professional results all around.

I came in today as my car light went on- low tire pressure. I come to this location every year at about this time when the temperature falls a bit and this needs to be checked. Every time I come here, the staff is very kind and super helpful. Today, Tucker was working, and though there was a van blocking the entrance of the garage, he figured out how to move the air tubing and my car close enough to each other that this didn’t pose a problem. He was very efficient, respectful and kind. Thank you so much for everything, Tucker!

So far so good! José was super responsive & helpful when I got a flat driving down my alley. Called and inquired about price and they gave me the total upfront which, from my experience, is rare in Chicago. I needed a specialty tire asap and they were able to get it next day and had my car ready. Super painless process, it would’ve been same day if I didn’t need the specialty tire (called car dealership and they said 1 day to get tire as well). Hopefully no more flats but if I do I’ll be coming back here. Highly recommend if you want/need a no-fuss easy & quick solution for tires.
