Came from out of town used a rental car, rental car had a flat with no jack to get a spare they helped out in getting the spare on the car, was able to continue my trip so thank you so much!

I couldn’t speak more highly of Cassidy Tire! I had a flat tire in the area, and when i called they were able to see me right away. They were very helpful and affordable. John was super kind. I will certainly go again !

I highly recommend Cassidy Tire in River Forest. John who helped me could not have been nicer! Great communication! Great service at a reasonable price. No cash grabs or uneeded service like at a dealership. I will be regular customer. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Job got done but the associate was so misinformed. They had a tire in stock at another nearby location the associate told me I couldn’t go buy the tire there and bring it to the shop i was at to install Almost paid $100 for a tow I didn't need. So I called the location myself and how about not only could I buy it the tire but they actually had a porter bring the tire to the shop I was at… Terrible and no accountability for not knowing this information.

Was able to schedule online without having to call, scheduled for the next day. Dropped the car off at 7:30, they called me within an hour and told me they would have to special order my tires because my car used an unusual size tire (which is true) I figured it'd take a day or two but they assured me that they would have the tires on my car later that afternoon and yep they sure did. Car was ready by 3pm.

I've had 3 separate services over the past 2 months with Cassidy, including tire replacements on separate vehicles and a battery replacement. Each has been performed in a timely manner (even same day) at a competitive price. Jose, the manager, and staff are professional, courteous and straightforward. Vehicle drop off and pick up have been easy to coordinate. Cassidy will be my first call for any car service needs for the foreseeable future.

Impressed with their level of attention to detail and efficiency. I came in mid-afternoon for a tire patch and they still ran their inspection to find some additional needed fixes (blown out bulbs, air filter, and wheel alignment). Despite their workload that day, I still got my car back after about two hours. I do like their website as well and how straightforward it is to schedule, read on services, get pricing, and find/apply coupons. One issue though: when scheduling, I don’t seem to be able to see or select any available options under Additional Services.

Wow! What a quick turnaround on a tire repair. Found a screw in my tire on Black Friday morning. I called three other shops which were closed. Finally, Cassidy's popped in my head, they answered immediately and said they could take care of it quickly. Awesome service and affordable pricing! Thanks again for getting me back on the road before family came into the city for some post-Thanksgiving activities!
