Cassidy is the best! My tires were rotated elsewhere and they didn’t reset my sensors. So when I had a nail the wrong tire sensor went off and I ignored it! When I finally noticed my tire was almost flat, I brought it in and they took care of it fast. I also had another issue needed fixing and within 2 days it was ready to go with a detailed summary to though text about what needed to be done. It was a pleasant experience and I will be back!

These guys really came through for me. Took care of everything for a tire under warranty and went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and saved me quite a bit of money and hassle. Solid tire shop.

Woke up early Tuesday morning to a flat tire with a giant screw in it. Called Cassidy first thing when they opened and got my car there just before 8 am!! They fixed my tires in less than 45 minutes, let me hang in the waiting room with my dog! Had my tires fixed on time to make it into work on time! They were super friendly and the service was great!! Definitely recommend them!

Previously I had great experiences at Cassidy tire. Unfortunately, this last time I did not. I went in with a puncture in my tire from a spare tire truck screw. The team took a look at it and tried to sell me on a whole new set of 4 tires quoting me $800. Previously I had my tires done here and paid around $400. He then told me the best he could do was $760, fine. I asked for them to just place my spare tire on and I left. My friend came over and patched the tire very easily. I’m suspicious they did not even try and just wanted to sell me on a new set. I decided to go to a different tire shop down the street and they confirmed I did not need new tires and everything was great including the patch. Beware ladies, get a second opinion or bring someone with you.

I'm happy with the work and the staff is easy to work with, are polite, and are good at communicating concerning the repairs needed. The one issue I had is that there was a miscommunication about when my car was ready, but everything worked out in the end.

Excellent service. Had my original tire get a flat, then the spare tire got one. Thought I was looking at hundreds of dollars to buy two new tires. Nope, the folks here were honest and were able to repair both at a fraction of the price. Fantastic.

I stopped by earlier this week with a piece on the underside of my car dragging on the ground. The person who helped me showed me the source of the problem, explained my options, and ultimately zip-tied the piece to the car for no charge. I had a lovely experience at Cassidy and will definitely be back the next time I need my tires rotated!
