If I could give this shop no stars, I would. They tried to sell me an expired tired (yes, tires expire... 6 years after manufacture, which is shown on the tire). They tried to argue with me how the date does not matter when it does. Please check the dates of the tires they are trying to sell to you. It is ILLEGAL to sell EXPIRED TIRES. If your tire were to blow out and cause you harm, you are able to sue the shop. They were talking amongst themselves how I was just whining about the tire. They were not happy about replacing that tire and messing up their sets. They also did not properly torque my tires. They were extremely loose, which could have caused damage to my vehicle or myself. Did not balance or align my vehicle as promised with the price. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. YES, THE PRICES ARE GOOD BUT AT WHAT COST. Also, why would you go to a tire shop where they don't even know where the manufacturer year is at on the tires? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. They gave a price and when you get to pay they charge more than what was said. When the price increase was brought to their attention they did NOT honor the original price. The front desk woman was rude and said "you shouldn't go buy something if you don't have the money to pay for it". It was not about the money for us it was about the price that was stated first. They do not keep their word on their price. That's very disappoint of a business to not honor what price they had said first and there was no reason to upcharge. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. Update: No one was rude and you can talk to the owner Victor senior since he was one who was in charge at the time of the service. The reason the owner talked about the price was because you all were charging $300 more what the tires were listed for and the owner's son had made the mistake on the listing but that you all were not going to loose money because of his mistake and the owner acknowledged that his son made a mistake. So the $100 discount really isn't a discount if I still paid $200 more than original listed price. Also one of the tools broke when an employee was working on my vehicle and he immediately tensed up and he looked afraid to notify the owner that he broke it because he was going to have to pay for it out of pocket. And this is the 2nd time posting this review because the first one got deleted. I also have screen shots of price. What a shame and claim to be very close to God but he sees it all good and bad. Truth is the truth and it needs to be spoken. Guys be careful.

Won't be taking any tires to this shop again. Came in with 2 new tires needing to be put on and left with one tire with a whole in it and nobody know what's going on. Decent price terrible service. Only reason it's not 1 star is because I'm not 100% sure the tire had the while in the beginning. Language barrier was definitely a problem.

Went there for a tire to replace one that was losing air quickly. It was on a Saturday and they were busy. As I was pulling in the lot, they were motioning me in. Had a new tire on and gone in 15-20 mins. They are on the ball.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a tire (they have sooo many tires) I was able to look at the selections and choose what one I wanted, prices were fully marked and and are very affordable. I was in and out in under fifteen minutes!

Paid $50 and $60 for some low thread used tires 🤣 needed them so didn’t complain and know not to ever come back go to John’s tires across the street!!!!💪🏼they got the best prices and service

Great staff with reasonably priced new and used tires, that's why I rarely go anywhere else. Any issues you may have, talk to them first as they will typically fix anything they have messed up, in my experience.

I RECENTLY PURCHASE NEW TIRES FROM THEM & THE TIRES ARE VERY NOISY & I REQUESTED A EXCHANGE & THEY WANTED TO CHARGE A $80 LABOR COST WHICH I ALREADY PURCHASED THE TIRES JUST TO EXCHANGE SO I AM CURRENTLY IN THE ACT TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION. ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SHOW MORE CONCERN AND SETTLE THERE SITUATIONS. .

Mr. Castillo is a true professiional. He allowed me to take my time as I looked through his tire inventory to find the best tires for my car and my budget. He personally assisted me with my selection. I previously bought tires from him, and I will gladly return when I need more .

These guys are nice, the price is awesome, the time you take here is great. The only problem is, they messed up my tire pressure sensors. All the 3 tires they replaced need new tires sensors.

Today’s service was absolutely awful! I brought my car in to be serviced for a tire change. Two other cars that arrived after me needing the same exact service as me came and BOTH left before me. I was here for 40mins waiting for service. I am very angry at the fact my car was neglected and my feelings were not respected by anyone at the establishment! I spoke with the ladies inside and no one could do anything. And acted as if they could care less. I will not be returning.
