Couldn’t pass inspection because of a battery issue. Mechanic told me to take it for a spin to JFK, I came back still couldn’t pass, told me drive it more, took it to a Brooklyn Bridge and came back, still same issue. Tells me go again I drive to JFK again and come back, still to no avail. Guy tells me, go again and you should be fine. I drive to Far Rockaway and come back.... to no avail. Place is already closing and the mechanic tells me you gotta put premium fuel and take it for a spin. Next day I drive again to JFK with premium fuel and only after that it passes inspection. Would have saved me entire day and gas money if mechanic told me to use premium oil from the very beginning. I drove from 8:00AM-5:00PM. Saw the mechanic at least 5 times, and only by the end of the day he tells me to use premium fuel. They charge a lot of money for the service that you get.

Well I never ever go there again ! I went into inspection and they told me the battery is week have to replace it the rear shocks need to replace the serpentine belt need to replace or they have to fail the car on the inspection. Well the staff is nice this review is not for the staff they force to be hassle the customers hard that what I saw cause the guy told me that he has to do some work on the car or they gonna fail it. So I settled for a serpentine belt easy to change and not expensive but here is the coach they charge me a $ 125 for change the belt which is a $20 bucks cheap belt and they guy change it in 15 minutes ! They ripping off customers!! Do yourself a favor and don’t even thinking go in there !!!! Anyplace is better than this. I know I never gonna go back three !! Cheers

Don't come here, they charge very much for a car wash AND for an oil change, everything is very expensive. They try to charge you more money.

Popped in today for an oil change on my 2019 Alfa Romeo stelvio. They said they can do it the price was $93 which was not bad but when I left the dashboard was still saying I need an oil change and then they tell me they can't reset the codes I have to go back to the dealer for that. The deal is on Long Island and I am in no mood to drive out there from Brooklyn they should have told me ahead of time they were incapable of doing this. Thumbs down on these people!

Asked for nys inspection , they saw a tiny less than a centimeter rip on my back windshield wipers, told me they have fail my car inspection or replace it by them to pass. The wiper works but they said change it or fail. so they make money on the a 5 dollars replacement which they charged me 15 dollars to replace. And they told me I need to change my break fluid too because it is dirty. They just suck out the reservoir and just poor in a new break fluid. They never bleed out the breaks fluid. It is still dirty I paid 65 dollars for nothing. Other people who live around the shop warned me not to go there. I learn my lesson. O by the way they never check underneath the car for the inspection.

Do yourself a favor and go some place else. Took Them 4 and a half hours to change my oil and brake pads. They then proceeded to charge me over 500 dollars for this. I’m not a mechanic but I definitely could have done all this way faster and it sure as hell wouldn’t cost me over 500 dollars. Place is a rip off.

I took my car to change the oil and they told me that I had to change a part that was broken, they charged me and went to buy it. I waited two hours watching the employees watching videos on their television and talking among themselves without doing anything, they made me go three times because The part was not correct and they had charged me in advance and did not refund my money. I do not recommend this place. Terrible negligent service. Keep your car away from here.

‼️🚨SAVE YOURSELF🚨‼️ Do NOT go to this place for anything! If You go in for a problem or an oil change they will deliberately cause more damage to the car for you to return. Stay away from their manager Tony and Mechanic Amin - they’re lowlife crooks. Oh and if you go in for an oil change don’t fall for their constant pushing of getting the break fluid changed. Get a 2nd opinion. People report this business to the FTC! They are not safe mechanics.

Came around 8 am and got an oil change with no waiting, plus they give you a voucher for a free car wash within 30 days...Very good and quick service!!!

Worst place to bring a car if you left your car there and don't see what they are doing they will rip you off . I have my mechanic but for emergency I bring my car there was the worst decision I ever made. Do a favor to your self and don't bring you car at this place .

Attention everybody! Ask and make sure about price, this guy doubles price up in a moment. When I came to his shop I told him give me your price for work before you start (because I know his tricks), he gave me one price, I asked him is this total price for everything included, he said yes. When I came to cashier price was much higher. Right at the same time other customer was arguing about overcharging. From my own experience I suggest avoid this place.

Avoid! Unprofessional, dishonest ! I brought my car to fix front breaks. I have wheel locks installed, so I gave them the key to remove the wheel locks. They did the service, and I drove off. After a couple of weeks I got a flat tire on my rear. I tried to replace the tire, and the weeks lock key was broken . The mechanics at castrol unprofessional lune express broke it and never told me about it! I had big troubles bc of that. I had to call towing and spent more money and time than necessary. Avoid, there are better mechanics about there , just do your research.

Go to 2 in 1 Auto Center @ 1800 Coney island Ave instead. This place is actually terrible. After an oil change they sent my car home with a quart of oil spilled all over my motor and a broken dipstick!!! Who does that? I thought my car was leaking oil and it ruined a holiday trip, only to find out later they towed it to the shop and told me "the tech spilled oil all over your motor." Oh.. okay, and he sent it home like that too right? With a broken dipstick also?

I’ve been here +10 times, don’t waste your time they take all day to do anything even an oil change you will wait over an hour, they “fixed” my power steering pump after I went to them 4 times for the same problem. I finally went to another mechanic who told me they basically didn’t do the steering pump right. there was leaks everywhere and they overcharge for everything. Somehow I always ended up paying 200+ each visit like if they try to aim for that price with each customer, they start telling you a whole bunch of nonsense about things needing replacement or hoses being damaged. Please stay away from businesses like this. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

They will fail you on your NYS inspection if you don't agree for expensive services. They do extortion job on you! You want to pass inspection they will have to replace some perfectly fine parts and you will pay premium prices for that!

You'll go in for an oil change and they will try to scam You by telling you that your brakes need to be changed amongst other parts in your car. My family and I have a mechanic that we take our cars to for years and we are very loyal and faithful. We have never had a problem with our guy and our cars last forever with him. We always keep up with our vehicles and make sure that they are well taken care of. I've only gone to this place once for an oil change when my regular mechanic was too busy and booked. They this scam likely oil lube place proceeded to tell me that I needed my brakes changed desperately. I didn't get them changed and I didn't think anything of it. Took it to my mechanic and my mechanic said my brakes were fine. I just brushed it off, not thinking. Anyway my brother goes today to our regular mechanic but he's booked and busy. So I told my brother to go to 71 Street and Bay Parkway and he could even get a free car wash with his oil change. Guess what they told him???? Yep, you guessed it!!! That he needed new brakes desperately and a new air filter. They tried selling him other things as well. Funny because his air filter was changed not long ago and we have never had a problem with our family used mechanic. This is such a red flag. BE WARE!!!! Hopefully they're not damaging anyone's cars in the process just so they could repair it for a fee. SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

You get a free car wash with an oil change. Nice perk. Took about an hour, because there was a line. Which was fine. Everything seemed in order. I waited outside. Another customer warned me to watch out for the business practices at this shop, that they tended to push for unnecessary services. He was, sadly, not wrong to do so. After they changed my oil, I was informed that I needed to talk 'to him'. I was led into the garage, where the mechanic tried to tell me that I needed 1200$ worth of work. Bunch of malarkey about needing filters changed, hoses, belts, completely new brakes etc. The mechanic stopped just short of telling me that my tires needed premium air or trying to convince me that a light exorcism was going to be necessary to realign my Johnson rod. I paid them well to change my oil, which they did. Afterwards, they tried to cheat me and left an oily rag on my front seat. Luckily, I have a real mechanic who does not lie to me and he confirmed my suspicion as to their attempted scam(scams?) when I took my car to him later that week. Car wash afterwards was adequate. Attempts were made to get me to purchase further services. Imagine my surprise.
