I have been coming to Castrol Premium Lube Express for a number of years. They are always trustworthy and do a good job. The gentleman who helped me most recently is named Carlos. He always takes excellent care of my car and has lots of expertise.

Good reliable service and specially very quick. Very honest people. These are the plus. Theirprices are not cheap and about same cost as the dealer. To be fair in the review, the waiting time here is almost 70% less than the dealer; therefore, if time is of the essence for you it may worth paying more and do the job here.

Way too slow for a simple Oil change, took an hour long just to change the oil smh. I am a regular here but after this experience I ain’t coming back and I honestly don’t care if you are short staffed or not. Finish one car first and then move on to the next car.

Would NOT recommend going here unless you wish to be bullied into unnecessarily placing synthetic oil into your vehicle instead of conventional oil. The gentleman working here with long hair and a ponytail met me at my vehicle when I pulled in and immediately told me that my car needs synthetic oil. He didn’t look at the odometer nor did he know the year of the car at the time of his comment. When I told him that I wanted conventional he asked me what year my car was and I told him 2010, he replied “I’ll be back”. A few minutes later he returned and proceeded to tell me what options I had for my oil change, all of the options he presented were the higher value options and none of them were the conventional oil option. When I told him again that I wanted conventional he proceeded to tell me that my vehicle needs to have synthetic and he refused to service my car if I opted for conventional oil. So I drove off and he walked away shaking his head. I really could care less about his opinion, I am the customer and I happen to be well educated on the recommended oil for my vehicle. Instead of trying to take advantage of me and sell me a higher value service, just do what I ask, what the customer wants.

I received a quick and easy oil change. They did the work right there. More trust worthy IMHO. I generally havent used castrol pil in my Genesis. Will try it this time. Will see if the car sounds better with it in. Maybe change every 3000 instead of 5000. Anyway Castrol isnt a product I normally use so not sure what to expect. However the work seened quick and easy. I will recomend and come back

Never had a problem here. I get all of my oil changes here and I’m in and out in 10 minutes. This is not a gas station. They are getting confused with gas stations. This is only an oil change place.

no professionals one of the workers almost shocked us for taking off the parking lot and then in front of my children came out touching his private parts he did not care that we were clients for 10 years are a lack of respect.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I took both of my vehicles in the same day for a simple oil change. Both vehicles are less than a year old brand new with absolutely no issues and yet they both came out of there leaking oil. I called multiple times to speak to the manager and he never bothered to get on the phone. The person that answered the phone by the name Chris laughed when I told him both cars were leaking oil. Unfortunately I had to at least give one star but if it was up to me it would be negative. Now I’m having to get both vehicles repaired because of what their tech did. If you cherish your hard earned money do not take your vehicle to this joke of a business.
