My Cavender Cadillac experience was phenomenal. I set up my appointment over the phone for a service engine light that was on in my vehicle. Lindie was quick to respond to all the questions I had about my vehicles situation. Lindie was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous while dealing with my vehicles repairs. She really knows what true customer service means , I was very pleased with the entire process all the way around. I will definitely be looking for her next time I return to Cavender Caddilac.

Kevin took care of my service for my car Thursday, he listened to what i explained and got it done. That's how you build great customer relationships at Cavender should be. Crystal and Philip took care of me immediately and got me a shuttle home. Once again, Cadillac promote these guys!!!! Excellent Excellent service/quality everytime I'm at Cavender!!!!!!

The service department is very shady I left numerous msgs for manger never returned my call my 23 ct4 stayed at the dealership for over two months with a defective rim And it wasn’t until I spoke with Billy Cavender that the issue was fixed I appreciate the owner taking care of this for me since I had problems with this tire and rim since I purchased car 🚘 I have since traded the car and I am much happier with a es 350 Lexus

Always excellent service and professional staff especially Ray. Dealerships charge fees for credit card usage, which I suppose is a way of passing the cost on to consumers. Credit cards are widely used because they offer greater security compared to debit cards, considering the numerous data breaches that have occurred at dealerships and other establishments. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid using debit cards altogether. If someone gains access to your account through a data breach, it could result in significant financial losses, as it may take weeks for the bank to conduct investigations while you are still responsible for the damages. Credit cards are not liable for fraudulent charges, and you can promptly request a refund of your account. This is the reason why credit cards are preferred by many consumers. I am weary of providing free reviews. Instead, I would appreciate a discount coupon as a form of compensation. The five-dollar off oil change coupon you send in the mail is not a suitable incentive, as it expires before you can utilize it. Moving on to the service, it was as usual satisfactory. However, I believe that reviews should come with tangible benefits to customers.
