Cavin's went above and beyond to take care of my Wife's GX after a rear end accident. They kept us up to date, got everything done quickly, and was able to help to get the chrome delete redone after their work was complete! 5/5 Stars

My experience at Cavin’s was better than I ever could have wished for!! I had them recommended to me by numerous friends and coworkers, as well as the Subaru Dealership of Baton Rouge. The employees went above and beyond to help me with my car repair and answered any questions I had after I had, even weeks after picked my car up. If you are in need of a body repair shop in Baton Rouge, insurance claim or otherwise, Cavin’s is THE place to go. Life time warranty on their repairs on top of all of that?!?!? Y’all made what could have been such a difficult, stressful situation so much easier than I could have even dreamed. I am eternally greatful for your kindness in addition to your fantastic, dedicated work. I will recommend Cavin’s to anyone I know of need in the future!!!! Cannot thank everyone enough! <3

Even though my accident wasn’t pleasant, Cavin’s made the experience easier to deal with. They kept us informed of progress along the way and had my car ready a few days earlier than promised. Customer service was great, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. My Toyota looks like new! They did an awesome job with repairs. I highly recommend Cavin’s.

I had my vehicle damaged at a dealership and they agreed to fix the body work. Cavins did a PHENOMENAL job in fixing me up better than I was before. The gentleman here were fantastic to deal with and they explained in detail exactly how they would fix everything and when all was said and done, my vehicle looks better than it did when it first rode off the delivery truck. Fortunately I didn't have to pay out of pocket but after everything was said and done I went over the invoice and nothing on there looked unreasonable and if I had to pay out of pocket for some damage that I had caused I wouldn't have thought twice about this. They did fantastic work and I would absolutely go back to them again

This is one of the best Car Care/Body Shops I have ever visited. The sales person, Rhonda - I believe, was incredibly nice and exceptionally patient with me. The mechanic that looked at my car to provide an estimate was very upfront with me and especially knowledgeable. I've heard plenty of horror stories, from family and friends, regarding mechanic shops and a tendency to want to add on frivolous work just to make some extra money; however I feel like Cavins mechanics treated me like a person and not a walking checkbook. Edit: called in to get my mechanics name: Ronnie. Thank you, Rhonda and Ronnie. You've definitely earned yourselves a loyal customer! 5/5.

Cavins Auto Repair did a great job on my Highlander in repairing hail damage. I was very impressed with the work. They were great in returning phone calls, quickly keeping me updated on my vehicle. I had a couple small issues after pickup and went back there and they were on it within minutes and had it done within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Cavins Auto Repair to anybody. I had my back hatch glass fixed by Max, who did an awesome job and was extremely easy to work with and understanding when I explained the original company that had "fixed" it messed it up bad. I would highly recommend this company for your auto needs and Max for any glass work!

These guys were awesome! Totally transparency the entire time. Todd at Price LeBlanc sent me to Craig the GM and from there on was awesome! Met with Blane as he overseen the project and when there was any concerns, Darren (the owner) jumped in with both feet! Being from Hammond, the short ride to Airline Hwy was worth it! As as a 2023 Tundra, things were uncertain. These guys took it and ran with it. My paint is a 100% match and that was my biggest concern. I highly respect them to everyone! Thank you Craig, Darren, and Blane!
