Definitely a five star mechanic! Being female and not living in the area for long, I felt very apprehensive about finding a mechanic. I came across CCC Mobile Auto Repair and I'm very thankful I did because he has been nothing less than great and fair! The last time my vehicle needed service he came to my residence and stayed till around 10pm to make certain everything ran as it should. He followed up with me within the next day or so too. His costs make sense as opposed to big name shops.

I just want to say that if you are looking for a top-notch, Mechanic look no further. I am caregiving during the day so I really don’t have time to drop my vehicle off and wait at a repair shop. I was having some issues and I looked at the Google reviews and decided to have Mitch come and take a look at my car. Let me tell you this was the best one on one car care service I’ve ever received. Mitch not only took his time to troubleshoot. He didn’t rush and try to fix it and then later on have to come back. He wanted to make sure that he did 100% complete repair of my vehicle not only that but a couple days later he sent a text message just to check to see how the vehicle was running. I have never had a mechanic actually check back in to see if everything was OK with a repair. I have referred family members to Mitch and I would absolutely refer anyone else to him if you’re looking for a concierge type mobile repair service Mitch is your guy.

My husband and I got 3/4 into our drive from NY to NC for vacation, only to have the front right wheel bearing break on our truck. We called at least 25 different shops and what claimed to be 24 hour mobile repair service companies. After 12 hours we came across the number for CCC Mobile Auto Repair. Mitch was the only one to answer and call back and keep great communication with us. We were able to get the parts ourselves. He came from about an hour away, was there within 2.5hrs. Took only an hour and a half to fix the truck. $450 covered the emergency service call on a Saturday morning, travel time and the repair. (This doesn’t include parts) We are very thankful for his time and assistance. And would recommend him without hesitation! Thanks again Mitch!

I can't recommend CCC AUTO Repair more. I called them on Memorial Day, broken down locally and he still came out and helped me diagnose, and fix my issue. Not only that but he helped me further with recommendations and follow up the next day. He cares about quality of his service, and is a skilled mechanic. I'll call CCC anytime I have an issue locally before I call anyone else.

Mitch was an angel sent from heaven! My AC on my car stopped working and he made time to fix it. Price was also super reasonable! Will definitely be using his services again if I ever have any trouble with my vehicle

CCC Mobile Mechanic was very helpful when I couldn’t get my car started. I was stranded in a parking lot and he came to where I was. Did a full diagnostic test and gave me feedback on my issue. He was able to get my car back up and running in a timely manner. The pricing was good and if I’m ever in need of a mobile mechanic again that will be the first call I make!

Last month, I contacted CCC Mobile Auto Repair because both my heat and AC went out, and I needed an oil change. Mitch responded immediately. It was getting cold, and it was important for me to have a way to clear my windshield during this season. Mitch did everything he could to fit me into his schedule. He also educated me on my car's issues, possible issues, and the process of correcting them. He communicated every step of the process, and sent pictures of the repairs he performed. His work was thorough and excellent. Mitch was also very knowledgeable and kind. I had a great experience with this company! I look forward to calling upon Mitch the next time my car requires maintenance. Thank you for your hard work and consideration! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this business.

Lights on my car came on July 4th. I found CCC mobile and left a quote request that day. I didn’t expect a call back until the next day because of the holiday. Mitch called me the same day within an hour or two and squeezed me in the next day after another appointment. Mitch fixed my issue as well. I appreciate him taking the time to come see me, fix my issue, and giving a fair price for the work! I would definitely use again.

Mitch is a lifesaver! We were driving from Canada to South Carolina when our car started shaking and thudding from our tire. We were so upset considering it was Memorial Day and this was going to put our vacation back a few days. I started calling down the list of all repair shops in the area and the only person to answer was Mitch. He had a jam-packed day but understood our situation so he rearranged his schedule and got to us in 40mins even though we were outside his coverage area. Mitch was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He had our car back to normal in 30mins and even triple checked before sending us on our way. If I could give Mitch more than 5 stars, I would! Very affordable and great at what he does! Amazing, caring service.

Mitch is a wonderful person and incredible mechanic! I had my jeep cutting out while I was driving, and within a day, Mitch was able to diagnose, assess, and fix my car. Being a woman and having some knowledge of cars has always been a struggle when navigating where to go for repairs. I am often treated like I’m dumb or get quoted more than what the repair should cost. Mitch not only treated me with respect, but also broke things down and let me watch the process when fixing my jeep. He also traveled to me which was extremely helpful and avoided a tow. His pricing was fair and will continue to use him as my mechanic!
