Amazing service! Came out in less than an hour after I called. Talked to Reed at the office and Tristen who came out to my house to work on my car. Both were super nice & professional. Needed my power window master control switch replaced after my passenger window was down and wouldn’t come back up. The price the service the time spent all of it was amazing and unbelievably reasonable. Thank you so much guys!

This place is great. They came out to my house and did the install, and it only took about an hour. They’re very professional and reasonably priced, especially for a Tesla Model 3 front windshield replacement. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing company & excellent service from start to finish!! I was able to get a quote right away (and it was more affordable than the 7 other local companies I'd contacted first) - - communication was clear, there were no hiccups at all! They even came to me instead of me having to drop my car off somewhere. Cannot recommend CEI more!

The CEI team performed a chip repair on my truck at my office. It was a sizable chip, but they managed to stabilize it and prevent it from becoming a crack. Very quick response time and quality work. I’m super happy with the results and professionalism. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing..... I called them in the morning to replace my windshield on my semi and it was completed and done in the afternoon right after a holiday...... I also have to commend Hector for his GREAT attitude and getting the job done quickly and efficiently

Had a wrench fly through my windshield and needed it fixed A.S.A.P. and at a decent price. Went to safelight and they wanted $395. Called about 11 other places and they quoted me from 230 to 320 and they were all at least a week out. This place was able to do it for $215 and they were able to come out within 48 hours. They were very professional, courteous, didnt rush nor take their time, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this place because I was born and raised here so I remember where businesses had great customer service and decent prices. And unfortunately this is getting less and less these days which is a shame so I am so glad this business is still representing what vegas was and should still thrive to be. Thankyou very much guys!

Cracked the window in my Jeep. They were able to fix it the next business day. They were on time and did an amazing job with a great eye for detail. I highly recommend.

First of all, if I could give 10 stars I would. I reached out to these guys on Easter Sunday, not even expecting a reply. I got one and they had a technician out at 9:30 Monday morning and fixed my issue with my window. Reid is awesome, Chris the technician was awesome. Highly recommend these guys.

Horrible communication and terrible customer service. I have been trying to schedule a repair going on a month now. Anytime we schedule an appointment they end up cancelling after the scheduled time with no notice at all, horrible communication. The first cancellation was due to a crack in the windshield that they were going to use as a replacement. The next cancellation was due to weather, the worker called me and recommended a rescheduling and said that their boss would reach out about a date, this never happened. I eventually reach out again, and rescheduled for noon today. Not one call or text about them not showing up at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Completely horrible experience.

I had my windshield crack on me for the first time and CEI Auto Glass was the first company I called. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly as well as Hector who replaced my windshield. I Highly recommend this company.

I broke may back window to my 16 MDX at approx 1pm. Cantacted my insurance, they send me to safelite. You make an automated appointment and it won't let you talk to anyone to make sure the glass is there etc. appt 3 days out and I'd have to drive up to N Vegas so I ended up calling another shop, they can get me in the next day. Out of curiosity call CEI and Reid called his installers and sent them to me within 3 hours plus easily beat the price of the other two. Reid personally came out before his installers got there to check the vehicle to ensure they had what they needed. Installers Hector and Ben showed up with happy attitude and did a great job. The job was more work than expected and they were great about it. This is a mobile company and it was so nice and stress free. I hope to not have to call on you again for broken glass but you have a customer for life.

After calling around a few places I decided to go with CEI Auto Glass. They come to you which is no extra charge. Surprising since everyone these days wants to up charge. The tech came out explained in detail what he would be doing the warranty details etc. he even cleaned all the glass out of the back seat. I’m very satisfied with the service I received today. I hope I don’t need to call them again but if I do I will be sure to give them my business.

CEI Auto Glass, is honestly the best auto glass windshield company that I have ever used! Reid, the owner is a man of his word and knows his craft! Joshua, Hector and Ben also helped me both over the phone and during replacement day of my new windshield, which took less than 24 hours to get!!! Reid's price was much lower than other companies I called and there is also a one year warranty Reid provides, which no other auto glass company mentioned! Hector and Ben removed my damaged windshield that was a result from a huge rock that hit it while driving on the 215. They installed the new windshield quickly, and perfectly! Both Hector and Ben were at the appointment ready to get to work right on time and were a class act too! They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me tons of tips for afterwards, which I really appreciated! My time spent having my windshield replaced and setting up for it initially was one of the most flawless and professional experiences that I have had to date in the automotive world! CEI Auto Glass truly did an outstanding job from A-Z and I will refer as many people I can to them! 10+ Stars....easily!!!

My wife and I did our homework and vetted out several auto glass companies before we decided upon CEI Auto Glass. After calling a mix of large and small companies with automated robot responses it was great to get a live person. I had a simple no pressure, educational conversation regarding windshields. We were able to schedule the service quickly and we satisfied with the installation. The caliber of the installation tech can only be described as professional, as he was on time and paid attention to detail. I contacted CEI Auto glass after completing a google search of the top rated glass repair within Las Vegas. I contacted CEI and spoke with Reid, who was understanding and accommodating on the phone. Reid was able to provide me with his earliest appointment to repair a rock chip on my windshield. I did not have to drive my truck anywhere and Sam came to my home to complete the repair within 15 minutes of arrival. Sam provided a disclaimer regarding the repair. Luckily my rock chip was not large enough to cause the windshield to crack. Sam explained the process to me and he worked diligently to complete the task. I had a positive experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs windshield replacement. Thank you.

don't want to be mean, I'll just say what experience I had: I tried to come to the address in Fort Apache, but there is no service here... I tried to contact them by phone and no one answers the phone either... I wouldn't waste my time looking for them.
