I came here to get a free inspection I was told I would receive to see what's wrong with my cars steering. A woman took my name and number around 11:00am. She said I'd get a call for my 1pm appt. I called around 3pm. Same woman said I would get a call soon. It's been 4 weeks. 😅 That's terrible customer service. I gave 2 stars because at least she was nice. After posting this, I won't dare go there again. Businesses sabotage your things when you complain about them. And I was very optimistic about this place. Oh well...

If your lucky enough to know about this place you get the best service at the most reasonable price. The owner got me a ride home when I dropped the car off!! I wasn't expecting that. This is where I will always take my car to get fixed!!!

The owner of the Central Auto Care doesn't know what their doing . Always say something need to replace . But not true. The owner of the shop always say something. But all he wants is to make money. The owner will say like canister need to replace, but only show the old parts & not the new parts. I'm assuming the owner put the old canister instead of the new . Will not definitely recommend. Bad & poor service.

I went to another shop before Central Auto Care and they were completely useless and just trying to get money out of me. They told me one thing was wrong with my car and then said that I need to get a couple more things done. So disappointed. I was referred to Central Auto Care by a friend of mine and I was so satisfied about the service they provided. The manager there told me what was wrong with my car and further explained/showed what needed to be fixed. I’m so satisfied with the great service there! Definitely going to recommend this shop to my friends!!

A truly trust worthy mechanic who wants to repair your vehicle and also give you the lowest repair cost. Fast service. Loaner vehicle sometimes available while repairs are done. Excellent repair shop.

Ted or the manager of this joint is an rip off artist .Came to change my oil went to grab a bite called back at 4:15pm and than i almost got a heart attack .Here is what Ted told me : - New CV Axle - $285 - Transmission Transfer Case - fluid is real black & need new filter - MAY need a new transmission. They were going to flush it first for $769 but a new transmission for the Subaru is over $2,000 and that may be what's needed if the flush doesn't work. - Power Steering Rack & Pinion - leak including alignment - $185 - New rear tires - $183 I knew I needed new tires. They did not acknowledge that they mis-diagnosed the leak earlier.Mind you the car is 2013 Infinity with 36K miles . Avoid this place at all cost .There is another mechanic right across the street and one down the road .Ted is taking advantage of people who are clueless about the mechanical knowledge about the cars
