State inspection and emissions all done in about 35 minutes as a walk-in! The staff was pleasant, professional and honest. Notably, they did NOT try to push any unnecessary services. It's refreshing to hear none of the "streaky windshield wipers", "sticky brake pad grooves" BS you often encounter nowdays.

The inspection tickets are blocking my driver view, they would not move them or give me new ones. It’s not safe. They always leave grease all over my interior door and steering wheel. I’m done with this place.

Very bad experience. The maintenance personnel entered my car with black oil on his hands and rubbed the car with black oil everywhere.

The owner and his wife are very argumentative. I went to get a wheel alignment. While driving my car home from their shop, my car was misbehaving. I took the car back to them to find out that I needed a wheel bearing. They were going to order the part and do the work. The next day I'm driving to the shop I called to find out if my part is there. I'm just trying to ask questions or do you know when the party be there how long it may take and so on. These are questions that I needed answered because I have to go to work in time is of the essence. The husband, rather than listening to me and answering my questions wants to lecture me wants to tell me about how impatient I am so forth and so on. The wife gets on the phone tells me they don't want my business if you can't be patient. I'm trying to explain to her that my time is valuable and I just needed an answer rather than being lectured. Is there Indian people and I hate the stereotype but they are very argumentative people. They don't want to listen they just want to turn everything into an argument. As it turns out the man wanted to charge me $250 for the wheel bearing, I was able to get it from AutoZone for $150. He also wanted to charge me $250 for labor. I'm able to get the job done for $150. Go into them was a total mistake.... They were referred to me to get the alignment. I wish I had never stepped foot in that shop.

This is absolutely the best auto shop in Philadelphia. Fast, efficient service. Honest and nice immigrant self-made owners , working here themselves. No extra charges, no "you have to change this and that "tricks. I am with them for 15 years, 5 cars. Let's keep this business in our neighborhood!

Beware, shady businesses practices! My daughter took her car to this place for minor maintenance; such as oil change and new breaks. She took the car back to get spark plugs 3 weeks later and wanted them to check the breaks again because they were noisy . They took a look at the car and told her she needed new back breaks. When she told them they did her breaks 3 weeks prior, they said they didn’t have record of it. She had to go home, find her receipt and take it back to show them. Turns out, the woman, who owns this place claims that the receipt was under a different name, if you can believe that. Any way she was charged for back break but they were not installed. So they ended up installing the breaks and changing spark plugs. After picking up the car, a couple of hours later, the dash board started flashing caution, check engine and the gear changed from drive into neutral. Also the car began to jolt very hard and it wouldn’t go past 20 miles per hour. She was able to drive back to Central Auto Service. The mechanic said it wasn’t their fault before he even looked at it. Turns out they didn’t install the spark plugs correctly. So, this is a WARNING for anyone who is looking for a Competent Mechanic! You won’t find them here! They are not to be trusted. They should change the name to Central Auto Be Ashamed!

This place is terrible Do not do business here. There rude & nasty . U go for a simple maintenance check and leave with car issues u didn't have before u came .. they do not know anything about cars. Place needs to be shut down asap. I wish I could give 0stars. Terrible

This was the quickest and easiest inspection I’ve ever gotten, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. All told, I was in and out with new stickers in less than 40 minutes. I'll be going here from now on!

A friend of mine went here and was so blown away by how bad it was. Terrible service, extremely rude, inaccurate quotes, way overpriced. Looking to make a buck on people who need help. Don’t bother!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. They charged me $45 to simply look at the car and provide a diagnosis of rear shock repair. Told me that they could not order the parts because it was a BMW and I needed to order the parts myself. When I asked for an itemized receipt with a specific part to order, they told me that they couldn’t provide me with one since they didn’t so anything. I absolutely do not recommend this mechanic to anyone.

Came in to get state inspection and emission sticker done on 10/27/23 walked in at 8:26am and was out by 8:56am. Everyone was so nice and polite it was fast & quick service & was on $75.60 which was cheaper than other places I called will be back there next year.

DONT GO HERE!!!!! It was horrible🤬 they tell u one price on the phone then when u get there it’s higher and they charge $5 just to use a card. I came 2 weeks ago because my antifreeze was leaking and my car was over heating and while it was getting done they told I had a oil issue and all that needed to be done was a flush so it won’t leak anymore. It over headed a week later. I took it back and said y’all didn’t fix the problem and they told me no u only came for a oil change 🤦🏾‍♀️ because of their mistake of missing that, after me refreshing their memories, the antifreeze was not gonna be charged for me this was told to me on the phone. Then when I get there they wanted to charge me. Worst experience in my life.

Their mechanic isn't very good. They weren't able to diagnose the problem with my car after having it for over a week. The next mechanic I took it to said that the issue was obvious. Also, their mechanic is available only between Wednesdays and Fridays. So if he touches your car on Friday and you still have an issue with it, you gotta wait until the following Wednesday before he can check it out. And they're not cheap by any means. For what you pay you would expect way better.

What a pleasant experience... no hassle, no gimmicks, no bulls#!@... I renewed my state registration & inspection within 20 minutes tops!
