If I could give zero stars I would. In all of my years of owing vehicles, I’ve never had an issue with items missing out of my vehicle. Brought my vehicle to these people to get a simple inspection sticker, I had two packs of cigarettes and five dollars in my console, tell me why the cigarettes and money was gone after their female employee drove my vehicle from out of the inspection bay back around to the front. Just be warned. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO COME UP MISSING. Cigarettes are high and wages are low!!! It might not have happened to anyone else, but it happened to me.

I've been a customer of Central Automotive & Tire for over 30 years. Mr. Randy's shop has always take care of me with excellent service, fair prices & work done in a timely manner. This shop is a cornerstone of the City of Central!

I am only given 1 star because I can not give a 0. I got a flat tire on Friday afternoon, it was obvious there was a screw in it. I have tire shop I use and can patch for free but I decided to bring it here on Saturday to be patched and pay for it. I have used them to patch in the past. After a little while the guy came out with a handful of grud and told me my tire couldn’t be fixed and would be 180.00 I told him absolutely not and I would go else where. I was charged a labor fee for looking at it. I immediately called my tire shop and told them what happened and they told me to bring it to them Monday. I brought it and told them about the grud and all that they told me they would look at the tire and the inside would tell me if it was still good or not because they wouldn’t patch it if it was unsafe and I would need a new tire which I said was fine. Long story short they were able to patch my tire and told me they are glad I didn’t pay for that tire. I called central auto back and spoke with Randy the owner which was very rude and I finally just hung up on him because he didn’t seem to care and they must know what they are doing and very rudely said I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. They are robbing people who don’t know

This has been the best automotive shop experience I’ve ever been through. The mechanics are very welcoming and extremely helpful. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is a top tier automotive shop !

Love this shop. Randy and the guys here do good work at fair prices. They have gotten me out of a jam several times in the last year or so and I know I can trust them to do a good job. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks for your great work guys!

Came by for a estimate and staff were pretty rude. Got quoted for tires I specifically stated I didnt want. Try support local businesses, but to be honest just do yourself favor and just dont. There are a bunch of other tire places around here with way nicer and professional staff.

Drove 60 miles one way to have a tire patched. Got home and it is still leaking. They also broke the cap that goes on it. In addition, I asked for a 1 yr inspection sticker. They accidentally gave me two but the man said he was only going to charge for 1 year and wrote it up that way. Lady still charged me for two years.

Great, Friendly, Local Service. Today I just needed an Inspection Sticker, which was quick and easy. We have found their service to be quick and reliable, and their tire prices are very competitive. Ethanol Free Gas is also available here.
