Good people here. We are new in the camper trailer hobby and they were great at explaining what I needed to know without coming across condescending. Repairs were done professionally as well. Communication can require some patience. I have found email communication works better than phone most of the time. Be aware - payment by credit card incurs a fee.

We had the best experience dealing with Central Body Company, Inc. located on Sapp Brothers Dr in Omaha. They helped us work with the insurance, we were satisfied and are thankful for their assistance. From the first day we walked in with our RV, we were treated with respect and willing to assist. If I could give them TEN stars I would! We were devastated when a storm almost totaled our two month old fifth wheel. They were so amazing through the entire process, dealt with insurance, kept us up to date and informed, and made us feel so much better about the whole process. Just got our fifth wheel back (better than new!) and she’s ready to hit the road!

Central Body Shop is a great place to do business with. Our Jayco Grey Hawk class C motorhome had a tire blow out and it did some damage under neath the rig on our trip from GA to NE. We had a great experience at Central Body Shop dealing with Brittani Gulp and her staff. They had a cut -off date to have all repairs done and they were completed 10 days early. The main hold up was getting parts from the manufacturer. We got all the repairs done from the tire blow out and while we had the rig in for service, we decided to get some other improvements done. They helped us get a whole new set of tires installed and balanced and shuttled our rig to get this done for us. They gave us accurate cost estimates for the repairs all along the way and followed up to be sure the parts were being shipping timely. They let us come out and inspect all that was being done and let us pay as we went along as the work was completed. They let us inspect all that was done on the rig before the final payment. We appreciate their dedication to quality work. We hope we won't need major body work but we have some other improvements we want to make down the line so we will definitely take our rig back. Came in for electrical issues, they identified the issue rapidly (<15 mins) and sent me off with a wave! If I ever need auto body work on my RV, their customer service and friendly tech (Nick) and manager (Britney) encourages my return next time I am through Omaha.

Service above and beyond! Our camper broke down on a Friday afternoon on I-80. Brittani, the Assistant Service Manager, answered the phone and offered guidance on who to call for towing and possible weekend service since we were from NY and had no idea who to call or where we were in relation to service. We had no luck, called her back asking to have it towed there, agreeing to have them assess it Monday morning. Brittani gave us suggestions for hotels, activities, and restaurants since we would be staying for a long weekend in Omaha, texting us after hours. By 11:00 Monday morning she called us to let us know what was needed and how long it would take. We left it in their care, headed home, and she kept us informed the whole time, right up to heading back to pick it up. Phenomenal service all around! Thank you Central Body Company!

We have a Tiffin Allegro Bus and when we arrived at Central Body by Gretna, we were greeted by two great people in Brittani and Kristi. They are very knowledgeable about Tiffin motorcoaches and listened very carefully, wrote down the problem. Problem was with the drivers side slide not moving. Brittani looked very careful at the slide and pointed out was was wrong as well as another part of it was getting worn as well. After we got the parts from Lippert and Tiffin it took two days to get it fixed, then ran the slide in and out at least 10 times to make sure that it was working correctly as well as syncing the slide. They also fixed the kitchen drain leak from the flex hose on the passenger slide, ran water through many times to also check on the kitchen sink line. I would highly recommend Central Body for any work on Tiffin coaches. There were 3 other tiffin coaches there when ours was being worked on.

We took our motorhome to Central Body for some maintenance and a repair of a little fender bender. From the very beginning Brittani was amazing!! She made sure our insurance claim was approved and kept in great communication with me throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, straight forward and made me perfectly comfortable through the entire repair! Very accommodating and professional! When we picked up Austin checked us out and was also very professional and friendly!! They had everything ready to go when we got there. It was such a great experience! I have been to other places and hands down Central Body is the best! If you’re ever in need give Brittani and the Central Body team a call. You will be so glad you did. We took our small teardrop camper in at the peak of beginning camping season. The team at Central Body was quick to get it looked at and made sure to get the repairs done before our trip. The communication was amazing and all questions/concerns were thoroughly answered. Very genuine group of people that truly care about getting you back on the road, will definitely return for future service needs!

Central Body came highly recommended by a friend . I'm very glad I chose them to handle my repairs. They handled insurance claim for me and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on. Brittney is a joy to work with. When picking up my 5th wheel, one of the techs even went up on the roof to tighten down a loose awning bracket for me which had nothing to do with the damage they were handling. They also helped me secure parts for the side I was handling repairs on myself. They went above and beyond expectations in every way!

I will never take our 5th wheel to a dealership again. Central Body has outstanding customer service, the in depth walk around the RV was insight to the amount of care they take to fulfill their customer needs. They truly took the time to understand our specific repairs and went above and beyond with the explanation of what would be needed to fix our 5th wheel. After the repairs were complete the final walk around and explaination of all work completed was remarkable. Questions were welcome and they didn't make us feel as though we were rushed. The professionalism, kindness and prompt repair of our 5th Wheel has made us a customer for life. Thank you Central Body stay amazing!

I live in Kansas City so why do I drive all the way up to Omaha to get work done on my RV? As a Class A RV owner for 20 years the most frustrating and scary part is finding a place you can trust to work on your coach, that’s why I drive up to Central Body to get my work done. My relationship started in Kansas City with the body shop (formerly KC Custom Body) they do ALL the body repair I need Omaha does all my mechanical work. From the owner Matt, my contact Austin and every individual I’ve had contact with they are totally customer focused. I get a call at least once a week to update me on the progress and they meet or improve the delivery commitment every time. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The other great thing, they have capacity they get you in within days or a week or two at the most. No more we can get you in I’m 2-3 months.

Having spent several days reaching out to different trailer companies for axle repairs to my ATV trailer, only to hear a lack of interest or it would be six weeks before they can look at it. I contacted Central Body Company, they said bring it in following day, Brittani and Darrel looked at the problem and said I think we can solve this, within five minutes they were working on it and correcting the problem much to my satisfaction and appreciation. They even offered where to find additional parts if needed, kudos and many thanks to this very fine company who are very customer oriented.
