We went in to have our tires repaired due to having nails in them. The young man who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out very quickly. Would recommend them to others

I have been coming to Katz Tires off of Refugee, over several years for different issues with my cars. They have been respectful and kind, as they didn’t mind my many questions. This early morning, my car issues was a replacement tire and extra air in the rest. I have been and will keep coming back to them when I have car issues. So Much Appreciated Thanks

I went there to change my car tires 4th of them so we deal on 460 $ with taxes after the service they told me it’s cost 525$ the sad thing they installed different tires other than the one they showed me so be careful if you wanna go there for any type of service they are not honest

The reason for my rating unfortunately had nothing to do with the service. The "management" was great and there on time and provided great service to me and the lady waiting... The issue is the workers/employees, obviously have no respect for customers time. The place opens at 8am but employees don't decide to show up until about 8:30am. And that may not seem like a lot of time to them, it's not their time that was wasted. So I, like them, was late to work.

I have a flat tire. I called Central City Tires this morning and asked if they had my tire size in stock before I drove up there. The guy that answered the phone answered uninterested. It seemed like I was bothering him. He stated that he would check for me about my tire size. I waited on the phone as I heard him sigh and yawn. He then hung up the phone! I immediately called back 3 times. There was no answer to all 3 of them. My suspicions were true. I was bothering him. Poor customer service!!

I found this place about a year ago and I now come here for all my tire needs. I also send my friends and family here bcuz I know they'll get a good deal without being ripped off or taken advantage of, especially the women. These guys will most def take care of you no matter your gender or income!

I had my flat tire repaired & got additional questions addressed concerning other car repairs needs a price quote for tires & the financing plan was explained to me. I had a lively conversation with several staff. They were very helpful in answering my consumer questions. Super friendly and helpful! I pulled in and they immediately began helping me and replacing my tire. Also the most affordable car shop I’ve been to! I will definitely be back in the future.
