From the very beginning of this repair process, Tyson took the time to understand the situation with insurance and make sure the repair was done properly. My car is all fixed up and looks great. I have had to keep contact with Tyson since the repair because of collision situation and he has been a huge help in sending extra paperwork to parties involved. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Replaced my passenger fender on my 2009 Silverado. Shortly after the fix my passenger door was failing to open from neither the inside or outside. I called them they told me to bring it in and they fixed it free of costs. Thanks guys!

So this was my first and LAST time using this business. They have been highly suggested to me by many people for being the “best” in town…I will have to argue that for sure, yes they have a great paint tech and the receptionist is amazing I give them 5 stars, now on to the main 1 star review, after forever getting my vehicle in there due to poor guidance on the estimator Silas, the entire time wasted leading up to actually getting repairs started it could have been in there…moving on to the next step where they negotiate back and forth, well they negotiated all right, negotiated less money for repairs and my vehicle spends less than 24hr in their care…right then I should have went with my gut when it said that’s way too fast for what damages occurred from accident…I pick up vehicle and I’m still seeing things that were not fixed but were accepted by insurance for repairs. Next day I contact them and spoke with MGR who did not want to be bothered with taking a second look at the work he allows to leave his bay doors, I’m then passed off to Silas AGAIN and receive hostility through his demeanor and tone of voice when I literally point out every thing that was still wrong not to mention the new head light they slapped in but left not balanced (definitely was great having that at night) I call State Farm and put on conference call and surprise surprise after a week of me making phone calls to them and going unanswered or returned they pick up on their first call…fast forward to present (this all happens in a time span of say 1 week and 2 days) I FINALLY got a call back to schedule my car back in that the emblem they failed to order and put back on my car was in but now yet again a week goes by with many calls being made on my end just to be met with voicemails that go unanswered or returned. This was not the review I wanted to be leaving, I’m all for building a business up but this was absolutely wild and wanted it to be known when someone else decides to use them, just proceed with caution here are photos after the repair process.

I have been a customer of Central Chevrolet since 1969, when I purchased my first new car. Central Chevrolet has always had great: customer service, sales managers, parts department, maintenance and body repair. It is a "family business" and they treat their customers "just like family"!
