I found a ad on offer up from them stating 1599 for tire and rim special and send them pictures. They took off the ad saying it was from 2019 and offer up states otherwise Can someone help me with this issue. I also have the conversation with one of their workers trying to play it off.

Went a few days ago to buy some tires and Carlos the supposedly manager was unprofessional looked as he was on something couldn’t keep a straight conversation. I left right away went to the next tire shop near by. You guys are full of excuses I’ve read through most of your reviews and none of them say you’ve fixed the problem or issues. All u say is we try to provide the best service. But still not there yet I guess. U have more bad reviews than good reviews. Stay away from this shop avoid the waste of time and excuses which is thier motto. We have 101 excuses for you. Step it up or step down.

Strongly advise against spending your time or money at this establishment. My experience here was profoundly disappointing, and I encountered the worst customer service I've ever faced. The owner, or at least someone claiming to be the owner, along with the employees who unfortunately work here, were not only exceptionally rude but also dishonest about the condition of my vehicle. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity was astonishing, and it was clear they had little regard for customer satisfaction or basic courtesy. I would highly recommend seeking out alternative businesses where you can expect honest and respectful service.

Amazing service from the beginning to the end. Tech Luis had amazing customer service from when he greeted me from the entrance to were he built a rapport with me to get a better understanding for the vist,then he got one of his great techs to do the service. Tech name is Manny wich was an excellent tech, did the service to the unit was clean and very carefull. Would diffently go back.

Luis has great customer service. Showed up as a walk-in for an alignment. Needed full adjustment, caster/camber/toe. Was done in one day just after lunch. Got a text saying the vehicle was ready and when I showed up it was all good to go. Provided me with my alignment sheet & vehicle drives straight. Happy to support a family owned local business! We are South Mountain!!

No lo recomiendo son unos inetos lleve mi troca aliniasion me cobraron $90 dólares y la la semana que la maneje mis llantas se abrieron se las lleve y me quería cobrar $400 dólares que porque ocupaba unos tornillo puro cuento ni siquiera la checaron tengo video del trabajo eyos no apretaron las tuercas y te ponen cualquier pretexto para no Aser baarlifa la garantía yo no bueno y espero que muncha jente se informe antes de ir son incopetentes

Sent my sibling over this place, by herself, to get a $90.00 alignment. In the end she paid over $400.00 and after the fact told her: " ohh by the way there's a part on the steering system that is broken". Sleazy thing to do to someone that doesn't know anything about a car. If you care not to be swindled of your money look somewhere else.

Couldn’t find anywhere to do my 2/1 Level Kit without scheduling weeks out and/or unreasonable prices UNTIL I found Central Tires! Central Tires were the lowest price and they were able to finish the job the same day!!! Super impressed also with the workmanship, I even saw the guy working on it taking his time and doing it right imagine that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Horrible and unprofessional place. Called asked about some special tires, lady upfront said to come in before 6 pm. I drive 2 hours from Tucson and the owner just said to put a deposit and to come next day.

The worst part is I don’t even think they looked at my car and I believe they completely misdiagnosed my car (and just went with the most expensive solution). I told them I thought it was my fuel pump or or fuel filter? Horrible they held my car for hours and didn’t call me. I finally called them and they told me that me that I needed a new fuel pump ( without confirming or not if I needed a new fuel filter or that they even checked it. and that it would be 750 dollars. I told them I would comeback next week. They then said they would put my car back together and would call me in the hour when it was done that was at 1:00 o’clock. They didn’t call me back till 4:45 and asked me if I wanted to leave my car there?? Long story short if believe it is my ignition switch which is not sending power to my fuel system in which case it is 20 dollar part that can easily be replaced. I called them back the same day to tell them that and instead of saying bring it back we will take a look at it the my said “we don’t do electrical here?? Tried to support local community shops instead of the Midas and other corporate spots but wow. This just happened and who knows maybe they are just as bad but I going to look for other local spots today or do it myself???

I came in for my tires and I was able to get in right away, they had the tires I requested too. The front desk guy was personable and nice. Thank you guys for such good work and it was done fast too. They even pulled my car up for me, such gentlemen. Will come here again.
