I took the car twice with tire pressure issues. The first time was for tire rotation and general maintenance, tire pressure sensor was alerting. After the visit, my tire pressure sensor didn’t turn off, even after calibration. I found a screw in my front passenger tire, scheduled a second appointment. The back drivers side tire was patched, but the front passenger still had a screw in it and my tire was flat the next morning. The valve cap was also left off of the front tire. I took the car to A1 in Bono and they pulled out the screw. I called service at Toyota and they said “my tire was repaired and it was rotated to the back.” This cannot be true as I didn’t have any other tires losing air. I think this situation has been mishandled and no one will own up to their wrongdoings. They didn’t take care of the situation during the first service, were completely negligent in the second service, and there will not be a third service.

Yet another great experience at Central Toyota today. Handed over my high mileage vehicle for regular maintenance and Josh made sure it was well taken care of. Even came up with a plan for next scheduled maintenance. An even bigger thanks to the unseen heroes in the back who make sure my vehicle well maintained. Love this place! Thanks guys (and gals)!

I have rented Toyota vehicles from this place several times. I have always been given nice, clean vehicles and they get you in and out very quickly. Jared is who always assists me and the guy is top-notch. Go see him at Central if you need a temporary vehicle.

Josh is wonderful. He made sure we were kept up with the progress on our vehicle and went out of his way to make sure it was fixed for us by the tight deadline we were under. He is extremely professional and friendly. We highly recommend him for all of your vehicle needs.

Central Toyota offers deals and then does not honor them. Also, I had a mirror put on by them and it fell off. When it did they said it wasn't their problem They do not back their service at all. Very rude employees as well. Customer definitely does not come first.
