Alright ladies: listen up. We know finding a shop that won’t insult your intelligence/rip you off/be a nightmare, etc, is hard to find. Allow me to help you out: Go here. I got an estimate, which brought tears to my eyes, HOWEVER, I was smart enough to do something you should, too: price parts!! I saved a boatload. The very fine gentleman that is the owner was BEYOND patient with me. He was honest. Fair. Reasonable. Best of all, he was willing to work with me. I know my car got ALL the necessary parts/repairs, and that it was right, because it was done by PROS. Heaven forbid, things go awry, I am confident and I can go back and that it will get handled without any BS. I understand how much of a pain in the a** car repairs can be, but let this place help make it a pleasant experience. Again: fair, honest, respectful, respectable, and absolute professionals is what you will find here. I wouldn’t bother posting this review if I didn’t think it was worth sharing. Century Tire is DEFINITELY a place where quality work is completed by qualified professionals….the first time.

I had a great experience here! All of the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I am confident they used quality parts and they were also very accommodating with my time constraints even though I know this is a busy time of year for auto shops. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My 4 door little car was repair here some time ago. (customer service)The lady at the front desk seemed nice. But I payed closer to 300 bucks to have my car not fixed, they even told me we have good mechanics, and would find the issue. After 1-2 days of having my car (I hadn’t had my car for 2 days during a work week) Century Tires claim they fixed the issue . THE LIES. So I took my car down the street to Midas and they did an awesome job, they keep me Updated on the things where done to find an issue after I told the mechanic what I thought the issue was with my nice little car, keep my car and in the loop for a few hours and repair spark plugs and wires basically giving me a tune up. So why couldn’t Century Tired fixed this issue. Hmmmm. They took my hard money and ran with it and even not giving me a warranty 😒. I would refer to place to no one. They should just stick to fixing tires windows & doors .

So far I have had great luck. The staff are nice and competent. Hopefully, I've found "my mechanics " because I hate trying 50 places to get your car fixed. Price was really fair.

While on a family trip, the CV axels died in our Honda van. Another place recommended Century Tire, and they were knowledgeable, and able to fit us in. Our van was done in time to finish our trip, and with a fair price. Thanks for the rescue!

Leo and the whole staff was Top Notch. I was in a huge jam and they took my vehicle in immediately and fixed my brakes, rotors, brums, wheel alignment. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will be back for all my vehicle needs. 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.4L.3V

Replaced my brakes quickly and communicated promptly and honestly. Got everything fixed up even faster than they promised. They were accommodating of my availability to drop off and pick up my car, which was very much appreciated. I never once worried about my car or the service at Century, they proved to be honest and do high-quality work. Century will be my first call for car repair needs here in St. Louis.
