I love this place my car has been running great ever since I brought it to them the customer service is outstanding I highly recommend them to anyone having any kind of car trouble they definitely get the job done in a timely manner I also love how they keep you updated throughout the whole process of repairing your vehicle I’m always on edge when someone has my car I don’t have to worry when it comes to them thanks so much

Excellent service! This is my go-to repair shop! Alberto and the crew are pros. I was recommended this shop by a friend and now I recommend my friends come here. They did good work for them too. Very transparent with their servicing and will text you photos/videos so you aren’t left in the dark about your repair. I’ve ended up having them fix bad repair jobs that I did for cheap at other mechanic shops. They don’t cut corners and do it right!

I took my Chevy Equinox to a shop on Fullerton and was charged almost $600 for a battery and an alternator which I didn't need. I didn't have my truck for a week before it started stalling again in traffic. I then brought my truck to Cermak Auto Center at the advice of my sister and Alberto and his team are absolutely GOD sent!!!!! Great communication from the start, he takes pictures of the old parts and new parts. He's honest and fair. He quoted me a higher price but when I picked up my truck he stated that the price was lower due to him ordering the incorrect parts. He's honest, fair, professional and that's hard to come by in this day and age. Cermak Auto Center now have a customer for life!!!!! Thanks Alberto!!!!!

Great place! Quick and efficient, excellent communication. Unlike so many other garages, they listened to what I wanted, did not quote me on anything else, and my car did not come out with any new problems! Sad that so many other garages, including ones recommended by family and friends, do not operate this way. Great job guys!

Just wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful mechanic and team at Cermak Auto Center. Took my truck in under an extended warranty and Alberto fought to get the maximum amount for my truck to be serviced. I had to pay out of pocket but Alberto was very precise explaining everything that he repaired on my truck and what it would cost. He stayed in touch with me by phone, sending text messages, and pictures, throughout the whole time my truck was in the shop.This was my first time having my truck repaired here and I will be going back to Alberto for anything else that needs to be done to my truck in the future. Thanks so much for your professionalism Alberto and the team of mechanics at Cermak Auto Center.

I was in communication with Albert from start to finish and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was clear and concise, answered all my questions whether it was via text or phone call. He made me aware of a loan company who cold help pay, the work was done in a timely fashion and I was made aware of what needs to be done next. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I went here looking for an alignment. They brought my car to the back for 30 minutes, and came out with some pictures of the alignment machine readings on their phone (guess they don’t have a printer). Told me that they couldn’t do the alignment because they didn’t have the right tools, and then charged me $35. Quick search online shows mechanics usually waive this fee if they can’t do the service, but not Cermak Auto Center. I also never trust a mechanic that has a poster in the lobby that warns people to save for auto repairs, and lists an alternator replacement as a $1500 cost. That’s straight misinformation. Costs like $600 max. It’s so easy I’ve replaced my own numerous times on numerous vehicles. Have a feeling this is another price gouge mechanic.

This is a wonderful family owned complete auto repair business servicing the Pilsen community, for over a decade. The service was friendly, great prices, and fast turn around. The mechanics are skilled old school technicians, that made my 78 Ford Bronco with a six inch lift kit, and 35 inch tires drive, better than new. Visit them for all of your automotive needs!

This place is horrible my car came in last week because my car shut off the lady that answers the phone told me that my crackshift and battery was the reason my car shut off and don’t start I paid 650 to get it fix it took them almost a week to fix it once I picked it up the next day it started acting up lights going off n on and once I parked it shut off again the entire time she spoke with me through text message the entire time my car was there the first time n she speaks for the mechanics .... once my car got back to there shop I was told the second day of my car being back there is that it’s the alternator not staying charged and I spoke with her when my car stop n asked did they check the alternator and she said the did it just didn’t make sense at all they take they time u don’t get to speak to none of the mechanics she smiles in your face when your highly upset this is a horrible place n I’ll never come back terrible.

Man O Man i really Just Out Words Seing alot ppl Put Good Reviews about ther car & i had Pay 90$ for a Car Check (INSPECTION) to Wait 1 Whole Month from the 24th to the 24th of fallowing month to find out my car was Parked in back of shop In just Lot Just parked Nomatter what Was in same spot & they kept sayin they was figuring out problem how if the car hasnt been move since i dropped it off i my self will Pass threw alley & still see my car So had Pull It out & Take it To OGDEN & TRUMBULL TO real Shop to Tell me they Can Fix it in 2 days :( :) dont Go threw What i did Go OGDEN & TRUMBULL Across Car wash
