I had some troubles with my alternator and Alberto at Cermak auto replaced the part, which failed shortly after. Instead of replacing with the same bad part, he paid out of pocket to get me a better part which was $200 more and replaced it for free to me. Can’t express my gratitude enough for this place.

I started experiencing electrical problems in my vehicle, and decided to take it in to Cermak Auto Center for repairs. Great decision on my end, Alberto and his associate were friendly courteous and professional. They were very thorough in diagnosing and informing me of the cause of the problem. Within a short time my vehicle was back on the road good as new. Needless to say, I will be a returning customer!!

We had some issues with our truck dealing with the starter and it was fixed. But then the starter ended up being defective and we made contact again and the issue was situated. These guys took very good care of our vehicle and accommodated us fairly. They do great mechanical work on cars, Check them out, Good people.

This is the best auto shop on the west side little village/Lawndale . Alberto is the main person who takes orders but the overall prices for auto work is very reasonable . They work with you and are very polite.

Excellent service! This is my go-to repair shop! Alberto and the crew are pros. I was recommended this shop by a friend and now I recommend my friends come here. They did good work for them too. Very transparent with their servicing and will text you photos/videos so you aren’t left in the dark about your repair. I’ve ended up having them fix bad repair jobs that I did for cheap at other mechanic shops. They don’t cut corners and do it right!

I took my Chevy Equinox to a shop on Fullerton and was charged almost $600 for a battery and an alternator which I didn't need. I didn't have my truck for a week before it started stalling again in traffic. I then brought my truck to Cermak Auto Center at the advice of my sister and Alberto and his team are absolutely GOD sent!!!!! Great communication from the start, he takes pictures of the old parts and new parts. He's honest and fair. He quoted me a higher price but when I picked up my truck he stated that the price was lower due to him ordering the incorrect parts. He's honest, fair, professional and that's hard to come by in this day and age. Cermak Auto Center now have a customer for life!!!!! Thanks Alberto!!!!!

Great place! Quick and efficient, excellent communication. Unlike so many other garages, they listened to what I wanted, did not quote me on anything else, and my car did not come out with any new problems! Sad that so many other garages, including ones recommended by family and friends, do not operate this way. Great job guys!

Just wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful mechanic and team at Cermak Auto Center. Took my truck in under an extended warranty and Alberto fought to get the maximum amount for my truck to be serviced. I had to pay out of pocket but Alberto was very precise explaining everything that he repaired on my truck and what it would cost. He stayed in touch with me by phone, sending text messages, and pictures, throughout the whole time my truck was in the shop.This was my first time having my truck repaired here and I will be going back to Alberto for anything else that needs to be done to my truck in the future.
