Another awesome job by Joe and Miguel. They picked up and delivered my truck back to me in this crazy weather after replacing my heater core and some other issues I was having. This is the only shop I will use. Thanks again for the professionalism and speed.

I broke down about two miles away from the shop on my way to Houston. I needed to find a shop to get my car towed to and called Certified Auto. Tech was very nice, after about an hour waiting I decided to drive to the shop instead of waiting because it was getting late. I accidentally missed the entrance and my car was still shaking bad. I called the shop again and the tech met me where I was at, looked at the car and said it was safe enough to make it to the shop. He was able to find the issue and did his best to make sure to get my car fixed and back on the road. I was lucky to break down near this shop and have such a nice, caring tech help me. I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

My car broke down at home. I called & scheduled the mobile repair at my home. The technician showed up on time & was very polite & professional. I had a few questions about the repair that he explained too me. When Miguel completed the repair he tested everything to make sure it was fixed. I am very happy with the whole process. Broke down near their shop and within 10 minutes of calling, Miguel had already arrived, troubleshot and ordered the necessary repair parts. We decided to get lunch and by the time we finished, Miguel called to let us know he finished and he'd be right there to bring us back to his shop. 5 star concierge service equivalent to what you would expect from a Ferrari dealer. Absolutely amazing.. thanks again Miguel.

I am a new lifelong customer! I have always been a bit hesitant for someone to work on my BMW, but the work completed and the customer service provided was so top-notch I will be returning with my daughter's car and my husband's truck.

I cannot recommend Joe enough! He has handled many different jobs with all of my cars, including my high end Audi TTS. He is honest, professional, and extremely fair in price. His mobile service is extremely convenient as well.

The mechanics at Certified Auto Tech are very through going beyond what most businesses will do. When the originally ordered part for our rear differential did not fit, they kept trying until they found the correct part to fit. Service is fast and reliable.
