These guys took great care of me. I was recommended by a friend because I had just gotten new license plates. I needed someone to put them on because I don’t do that kind of stuff. They helped me for free and were very nice. I will definitely be coming back to them when I need a mechanic.

I came without an appointment and they told me that they can’t do walk ins. I made an appointment and when I showed up they told me they don’t have a technician to look at my car and they were very rude. Very disappointed at their service. Don’t waste your time!

WOW! I just moved to town and a friend referred me to CARS. I was so impressed with the service they provided. They told me what was wrong and also told me about another part that was worn. They did not pressure me at all to get the second part fixed but I wanted to do it anyway. When they got into the job they realized that it was a little more extensive and called me to say the original problem was going to cost more than the estimate and gave me the option again to wait on the optional repair so that the cost would still be close to the original quote. They even stayed late so I could pick up my car after work. These guys are the REAL DEAL! I'm so happy I found them and would recommend them without hesitation to any and everyone!

Honest and fair. They performed and good diagnostic evaluation of the issues and discussed options. They were not willing to send it out until it met a high standard and corrected a faulty part without additional charge.

Took my 2010 Ford Ranger in for an AC repair and now the system runs better than ever and they did right. Turned into a big job but they had my truck back to me in 24 hours which was perfectly acceptable to me.

Certified Auto Repair is now the only place I will take my vehicle. They are very thorough, and the pricing for services is fair. They will not charge you for something you do not need. They spent quite a bit of their time trying to determine an issue with my vehicle at no charge to me. I am impressed with their honesty and integrity.

This shop does thorough, timely, and most of all, honest work. The money they have saved me is remarkable and I always appreciate their customer service. The cost of their services is reasonable and excellent work. I regularly have my oil changed, tires rotated, A/C service, brake maintenance, and looking forward to future services because I know my car is in the best hands, literally. I should mention that my CARFAX report has come back asking how my services were at the FtWorth sister branch to CARS, don’t be mistaken or alarmed by this, after speaking with the CARS team it is an edit that the FtWorth location must tend to.
