I’ve been using C&G Auto since 2018 and have been pleased enough that when I moved to East Orlando, I stuck with them. They do what I ask, do not try to up sell me, and I have never had an issue with their service. I’m pleased to see that business has grown and the owners seem to have allowed employees to handle the day to day.

David at C&G Auto helped to solve an issue with my Escalade that I'd taken to 3 different mechanics. This place seems very sincere, and they're very professional. The place is very nice inside and they treat customers well. However the job they do is horrible. They over priced everything and nothing gets fixed. They made me spend a lot of money on a belt when my purpose of my visit was to get my AC fixed. I had to take my car to another place and they confirm the bad job C&G did. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money

We needed to replace the glow plugs for our Sprinter van and they were able to get us in and out on the same day at a fair price. Their office was busy so they even got us a ride to the nearby mall so we could get some work done in a quieter location. Great experience overall and should be a go to place for anyone with a Sprinter van or other diesel vehicle. It can be hard to find trustworthy diesel mechanics and David and his team were awesome at every step.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. C&G has caused over $4,000 in damages while my car was in their possession. The manager PHILIP and advisor DAVID are beyond unprofessional and unethical, they flat out lied to me saying these damages where there before... Meanwhile I just had my car at another shop a few days before who did a thorough inspection and these problems did not exist until after C&G Auto tore my engine apart. Every single thing that went wrong within 1 day after leaving C&G AUTO was directly caused due to their SLOPPY, SHODDY WORK on replacing the VALVE COVERS GASKETS (WHICH CONTINUES TO LEAK OIL). THEY BROKE MY COOLANT LINES, WATER PUMP, SEVERED BREATHER TUBE, LEFT RADIATOR GRILL AND AIR INTAKE SHATTERED TO PIECES. ALSO, I SPENT $2K for them to replace the upper control arms and bushings, radius arm bushings which WERE NEVER REPLACED!!! My suspension is still shot! (I had my car up on the lift at another shop that verified this) C&G Auto clearly lacks professionalism and expertise to work on European cars, as they claimed to specialize in AUDI repairs. I caught them in so many lies on the repairs they did to my car, they will gaslight you to death instead of taking accountability. After being misled multiple times, I requested to speak directly with the OWNER or upper management, but the only person to talk to me was the same manager Phillip who continues to provide false information (YOU HAVE TO TALK TO ME MENTALITY) He claimed that the "corporate office" would reach out in 30-60 days which was another delay tactic and more misinformation because they have no corporate office. It has now been three months, and I haven't received any communication from their "corporate office or owner" This isn't just a minor issue; they have caused THOUSANDS of dollars in damage to my car. I feel deceived and regret having fallen for their "friendly customer service" shtick. If the actual owner of this business see this. I hope you will do the right thing before I proceed with legal action. Also, why did Phillip perform "complimentary coolant flush and pressure test" on a vehicle that was not brought in for having any coolant issues? I DID NOT request or approve this because my car was not leaking coolant until the day I left C&G Auto! It’s evident that this was an attempt to hide and cover up the damage you have caused! I strongly advise against trusting these mechanics. Be sure to take pictures and videos, and seek second and third opinions before leaving your car in their hands as I did!

C&G Auto Center is a family owned business and they put a lot of pride and care into your vehicle. The guys are amazing at helping you understand what is going on with your vehicle and they ensure you that whatever the issue is they can help you resolve it. They offer many ways to pay so you can be at ease knowing it’s affordable and in reach when you need your vehicle right away. I chose them for my car service every time.

Before bringing my truck to C&G I had spent about 10 weeks and multiple visits to the dealership to get an acceleration issue resolved. Within a matter of 2 weeks C&G accurately diagnosed and fixed my truck. Phil kept me informed the entire time and offered every possible accomodation they had including ride service, financing options, even pizza when I picked my truck up. I can't thank these guys enough and would highly recommend. The service and expertise I received at C&G was night & day difference compared to the dealership.

I went to them with a no start and no crank issue. The diagnosis was very honest and they sent me in the right direction to solve my problem. This shops honesty and straightforwardness and professionalism, is unmatched. I recommend anybody that needs a problem solved with they're vehicle to check the shop out. I will return! Did a transmission service. Price came in as quoted. I waited for the car and they were done as quick as reasonably possible. Would use them again if I have a transmission issue.

I had a horrible experience with a dealer’s service center and brought my Jeep here on short notice and there so quick to help me and answer all my questions. I have to say Jaime is the most helpful, professional and polite guy I have ever worked with! This guy not only had been calling with updates but he also takes the time to explain what they are doing and why which I truly appreciate since I know nothing about cars lol. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Jaime was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me, his customer service is exceptional, I had to leave my car there for more than an oil change and they gave me a car to use while mine was at the shop (awesome!!!) The prices are extremely good, the waiting area is very clean and they have good coffee and also water if you want to. I will keep coming to this place from now on, if you are looking for a good service, prices and quality this will be your place! Oh also they have a warranty on the repairs you do with them! Just for starters was in Orlando Florida for the holiday’s when my check engine light came on while visiting some family in Tampa. Didn’t think to much of it so I added some oil thinking the engine light would go off. While leaving Tampa to get to our destination I added just a little more oil thinking it was ok to do so and all of a sudden smoke started to come out exhaust pipes some much where we had to pull over and get our car towed back to Orlando. (Terrible) after a good day in Tampa! Long and short I found CJ AUTO online made an appointment and the next day had our vehicle towed there. the service was VERY GOOD VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SHOUT OUT TO JAMIE WHO WORKED REALLY WELL WITH US TOOK ALL OUR CALLS and treated us with nothing but respect. I would also like to thank PHILL AS WELL FOR ALSO WORKING WITH US ON OUR VEHICLE HELPING IN ANY WAY HE COULD. These two guys are awesome making sure our car got fixed in the time they said and we are very much satisfied. THX GUYS👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿. IF U EVER IN ORLANDO AND U HAVE car troubles check out C&J AUTO!
