Extremely poor experience. Tried to take advantage of my daughter. She brought her used car (WITH an excellent service record) in for a tuneup. Instead, She was told she needed thousands of dollars of work done. 🙄 She authorized a tuneup, they replaced spark plugs AND gave it to her WITHOUT test driving it. Her vehicle was DANGEROUS to drive. She wasted a whole day there waiting for them to restore her vehicle to proper running condition. Thankfully, she called us and we redirected her to the dealership for future services and they took EXCELLENT care of her. They ALSO confirmed her vehicle was in excellent condition. We will NEVER return or refer friends and family here again.

Very sweet staff but they tried charging me $2500 for spark plugs. I got the same work done elsewhere for $300 Please beware!!!

C&G Auto consistently provides the best service. They are thorough and efficient, the waiting area is very clean, and every staff member is super kind and helpful! This is only my second visit and I will continue to go back. Would recommend to anybody

Excelente servicio y atencion, me atendio David y una vez que el mecanico chequeo el carro, me busco y me mostro en vivo de manera directa lo que tiene el carro y como se resuelve y cual es la prioridad a reparar, realizaron un excelente servicio y estoy muy agradecida, tanto en la atencion, como en la reparacion, un poco costoso para mi bolsillo, pero ofrecen una garantia de 24.000 millas lo cual supera a cualquier agencia de carros, los recomiendo 100% , espero contar con ellos para mis futuros servicios, gracias!!! As a woman they made me feel at ease from the time I walked in the door. I had an issue with my Range Rover and they were very trustworthy especially when I wasn’t sure what the problem could be. I will be back anytime I need work done. Every auto center should be like this one.

EDITED: You can read my glowing review below. I want readers to know that I am not a bitter angry person, I truly trusted this shop. I am sad and I feel tricked. I trusted this shop implicitly as you can see in my prior review. This change in opinions is over ONE tire, one singular tire. A tire that they rechecked before the warranty ended. Here is the story: Two years and 2 months ago they told me I needed tires, suggested brand new fancy ones with a warranty and offered to help me get funding. I am a single mother. I did it because I trusted them. Prior to the tire change the air pressure worked. They told me it would turn off after a few miles. It never did. The front tire never held air. It didn't lose fast but it was consistent and a little over a year later (when still in warranty) I came back and told them the sensor never worked again and the tire didn't hold. They checked everything and said it was fine. Last night , 2 months past the warranty I came out and my tire was flat. There was dry rot all over. If I hadn't brought THAT tire in sooner I would accept that that is just how it goes sometimes. Just because something goes wrong doesn't mean "somebody has to pay". But that is not this. I am too sad to hear mad. I am a struggling single mother and I trusted their word. I will go to Mike's used tires for tires and any other services they provide. They are so nice, so compassionate and so FAIR. HERE IS THE REVIEW I WROTE YEARS BEFORE. This is such a great repair shop. They are very thorough and reliable. They go out of their way to give complete information. I trust them implicitly which is rare with mechanics because there are so many unscrupulous ones out there. I recommend to all my friends

no i didn't have a great experience, my car wasnt fixed, my gas was wasted just sitting there running while he just looked at it for an hour, i was requested to pay for extra time so they could figure out what they did wrong on the car after they had worked on it and caused the problem and he didn't even attempt to think about fixing the error codes either. A place that just likes to find ways to scam people for more money.

One day, I went for an oil change. They also showed me some electrical cables that were damaged by a squirrel or so...they said that they needed to take the ENTIRE ENGINE OUT in order for them to change all the wiring...for only $990🤦‍♂️...I said no, went to another place and they fixed the cables nice and neat for $190...plz, get a second opinion.
