I recommend only Chas auto! i take all my cars too him! He is honest and hard working! Reliable place without issues. He lets you know straight up what is wrong with the car and what exactly needs to be fix. Highly recommended.

Over charge for alignment, 1 month ago all 4 wheel alignment was $110 now they want $165. But front alignment only cost $60? So its another $105 just for the rear, not going here anymore. Heard of other people who go through alignment with them and the car still pulls left or right. But got it fix after taking car to realignment at pep boys for $90 for all 4!!! Plus 1 month warranty, which they do NOT offer at all. All other alignment shop offer 1 month warranty, never seen a shop that doesnt have it.

Honest people and fair price. They always get the job done right too. If you're looking for an auto repair shop to go to that know what they're doing and don't charge too high like the dealer then I recommend you go to them.

I normally don’t trust these auto repair shops…But I trust my car being left here at Cha Auto over night. I asked one of the workers there if any cars were left outside overnight. A worker said they try to store all of the cars inside the shop due to thieves damaging/ stealing cat converters. I drove by after hours and surprisingly the guy wasn’t lying about storing all the cars in the shop. A+ for that. Price is affordable. Cheaper than most places I’ve quoted from. I’ve been going to them for 6months now and will continue going to them. I trust their work.

They are very thorough. There's a 90 dollar charge to inspect but it's worth it. They don't make excuses, they take care of you and stand by their work. They've fixed at least 4 of my cars ranging from: 01 surburban (radiator), 98 Integra (timing belt), 05 armada (starter) and 08 Yaris (brakes). They are very honest and work with you. They make good suggestions on what to fix first if money is an issue.

Very horrible business and dishonest. Took my car to check for the thing that keeps draining my car's battery only. They claim to NOT find anything draining it BUT still charged me diagnostic fee cuz they found other components in my car that are bad when i Specifically told them to only check on 1 thing. I even asked before hand if they found nothing draining it then they wouldn't charge me and they agreed. But After replacing my alternator (which was remanufactured and they never made it clear to me), they messed up somewhere and now my car has this loud annoying sound coming from the aera. Took it back to them and they are now claiming its another part of the car and not willing to resolve the issue that they created. Don't go here, they are scammers.

I have taken different cars here and they have always been reliable and quick to fix my vehicles. Good communication on explaining what wrong with car and recommendations for best performance for your car. Definately recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic shop.
