I brought my vehicle in to have the alternator replaced. The bill was EXTREMELY HIGH! Once we got the vehicle home, my father,whom was the one that spoke to the mechanic when we picked up my vehicle, says, "The mechanic said you're going to need a new power steering pump soon. ", yet, there weren't any clear signs of needing one before I brought my car to them, nor were there any tests ran to know that the power steering pump is going bad.So I wondered how he would know this. We got my car out of this shop 2 days ago, and couinsidentally, TODAY, FOR THE FIRST TIME, there are now signs of a faulty power steering pump! I'm not a mechanic, but I DO know signs and symptoms, and I'm very mindfull of any indication that some things wrong with my car and I know there wasnt any reason for them to suspect my power steering pump is bad. I will NOT bring my vehicle back and I def don't suggest anyone else to either.

My truck tires were purchased from Chabill's about 3 years ago. I took my truck there Nov 4th because of slow air leak. Asked them to repair tire and rotate all 4. They brought me into the shop and said couldn't repair tire or rotate because tread was too low. I then took truck to EOC & tire on O'Neal lane. They measured tread & said tread was low but still high enough for repair and rotation. EOC repaired the tire AND rotated the tires. My next set of tires will NOT be from Chabill's....

I had a nail in my tire after driving in from Florida so I called them and they said bring it in and we will take care of it. Boy did they, they patched my tire and sent me on my way…. No charge! The tire was pressured up correctly too. Job well done! You have my business. Great to know that there are still friendly shops that treat you like family! Tim

I had new tires put on my car last week and we had a problem with the Chabill credit card going through. The manager worked out a unique solution and got it right. It was a really good experience and I highly recommend them.

Lovely lady at desk understood why I was there. Went to my car, confirmed problem. Necessary to get part delivered. I left with my car. Was contacted when part active. Returned, asked that another problem be checked. Repaired initial problem - tire ' & repaired tail light. All taken care of within 1 day - including ordering tire. Reasonable cost.

I have been using Chabills since I needed new tires a few years ago. I’ve been using them since. They are awesome. Eric in particular. He works the front & the phones. He is so kind. Communication is great. No complaints. I recommend them to everyone. Chabills on Coursey is where it’s at 🙃

Brought my van in for an alignment because recent had cv axel changed an needed my front end alignment done, was told because some of my ball joint boots were older that they refused to do it. This is after my van sat on their jack for over 2 hrs. Very disappointed, asked to do anyways even if wouldn't stick because couldn't drive van like that, still refused then pulled my van just out garage an had me walk around to get it instead of parking it in front of store like they do for most costumers

Extremely disappointed. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get the A/C repaired. I was called and told that they had figured out the A/C issue and quoted me a price of $545.00 for the A/C repair and of course the cost for the oil change. After thoughtful consideration, I agreed to go with the repair. I picked up the car, and the A/C worked one day, and the tires were not rotated after the Oil Change. Brought the car back and they said it was a different issue with the A/C (different after they diagnosed with the quote to fix it) they explained they could not fix this issue so I’m without A/C and I spent $500 out of pocket. Went back the second time to pick up the car (with no fix to the A/C) the tires were still not rotated. If a customer must remind Chabill’s that they need to rotate the tires 2 times and they forget both times is just poor work. They never offered any money back. So, I must wonder if the diagnosis was not complete or correct. It is not the customer’s place to give the diagnosis; the customer depends on them to do this. The reason customers depend on the diagnosis is because; perfect example I would not have spent $500 if it would not have worked in the end. I based my decision on the diagnosis. Yes, they did change a line on the A/C however, the diagnosis was incomplete. Not fair to lead me to think that was the issue. Money is so hard to come by and you think you could depend on what you pay for. The name on the service record "Mike Perez"

I bought a set of tires at Chabill’s on Bonin Rd in Youngsville 2 months ago. Last night on I-10 in Baton Rouge, I pphad a flat tire and was able to exit and drive into a gas station. I had roadside assistance on my car insurance and had a quick exchange to my spare tire. Today at 8 am I went to Chabill’s and they were able to confirm my account based on my phone number. Very helpful to someone out of town. Due to the damage to the tire, my tire warranty was a blessing. Well worth the minor cost. My tire was replaced with a new tire..same brand. The service was amazing and staff great. Thank you so much!!!😊

Very knowledgeable, very friendly…looks out for their customers. Gave me a ride back to my place while my truck was in the shop for a good chunk of the day. One of the best shops I’ve been in my 30 years of existence- my dad was a mechanic so I was always in a shop- they’re not one of those scam artists shops. They genuinely care about the customers and that’s huge. Highly recommended

I had a check engine light. They diagnosed and found it was an emissions leak and they didn’t work on that type of issue. They did not charge me a penny and I thought that was very upstanding. I was pleasantly surprised in this difficult time in our economy.

I stopped in at Chabill's on Coursey to see about getting one of my tires repaired. It had a slow leak. They immediately got to work on it and when they were done it was free of charge. This was the first time I had been there but will be giving them all of my business in the future.

UPDATE: the manager of the Coursey Blvd location reached out to me personally to ensure my satisfaction and to remedy the issue. Eric is all about making sure his customers are happy with the products and services they provide. I will continue to use Chabill’s when I need tires (I do all of my own car maintenance and repairs or I would use them for that too). 5 stars!!! (Because more isn’t an option) 2-1/2 stars. 5 stars for excellent service and being accommodating, and 0 stars for the following: I bought a set of BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires on 6/25/24 and submitted all requested information on 6/25 to receive the $40 Memorial Day Promotion and I just received an email saying my submission was denied because the promotion had ended. Their website (and in the store - Coursey Blvd)) clearly states the promotion ends today, 6/28/24. I am thoroughly disappointed in your accidental or intentional false advertising. Promotional rebates play a role in what tires I choose to buy.

I’m a Real Estate Agent. I’m on the road all the time. I knew I needed a truth worthy auto company to be my go to. I found that at Chabills on Coursey Blvd in BR. I am so thankful that I can trust them to care of me and make sure my vehicle is travel worthy. I highly recommend Chabills!
