They make you wait in the office because there is only have one person who gives you prices . I could be wrong but I think I had a $20 bill in my ashtray that went missing after I went there to get a quote

Good mechanic with good pricing. The only draw back is that they might not be able to fix more complex issues on highend vehicles. But at least he does let you know that. Overall a great place to get your car fixed.

Had the engine light turn on for my car. Have enough knowledge from my father to determine what was wrong but not tools, space or time to fix. Brought it to them and they did not try to misdiagnose mislead un needed repairs but just told me what was needed. Very professional when dealing with them and priced reasonably. Will definitely use them again

This business is so professional and they will handle you with respect and care. Very honest aswell and it's hard to trust mechanics especially when you moved from another city and don't have the same resources as in previous city. Great job......I moved to Houston from San Antonio and I have to say these guys are honest. I would urge anyone who have car problems to take their car to Chad's car care............love

I have no intentions on ever going to Chad's car care again. They changed out my clutch master cylinder & slave cylinder and could not bleed out the system correctly. Instead of telling me, they kept the vehicle for a whole month before the truth came out. Turns out the new clutch cylinder was bad. Why couldn't they figure that. I did. I will never recommend this company to anyone. And the only reason I am giving one star is because it will not let me give zero stars.

Very fair and honest. I am glad I found him. If the work can’t be done he will tell you. It is hard to find a fair and honest mechanic. I will not go anywhere else.
