By far the first time in Orlando I was given amazing customer service without the focus of the service being how much I spend. I literally caught a flat on my way to work in the wee hours of the evening, and I think he was closing up shop. I stopped in and rolled down my windows to ask if he was closing- he looked at my tire and told me to pull in. From inception to completion he was quick, friendly, and offered a follow up. I definitely recommend as I will be returning for new tires!!!!!

Place needs to update their hours had me drive an hour and 20 minutes to get tires on Sunday at 1pm showed up and they were closed very aggravating drove all the way there through downtown traffic on a donut and I still need a tire f my life

Chad's has been serving my car for a while. They are always very helpful and very professional when it comes to servicing my car. Also, when it comes to parts or anything.. they do their best to get you a very reasonable deal. A1 service.. great staff.. Luis is a great guy!

Messaged Chad from Facebook market place for set of tires. Ford F250 - LT 275-65-20 , Chad quoted 769.00 out the door installed. , I stated go ahead and order tires as I left 50.00 deposit.says he can get the that day. I said cool. When I went to get tires he tried raising price 80.00, I ask for my deposit back as that is not what we agreed too. He then stated he would do 800.00 out the door , I agreed to it just to be done with it. But then after I sent payment thru Zelle as he wanted cash. He would give my deposit back as well. I ended up paying 850.00 for the agreement of 769.00 I ask for receipt as he stated his printer wasn’t working. Long story short I do not recommend for anyone to buy any tires or wheel from this dishonest company nor waste them wit valuable time or money here. Very dishonest Company ! I would give them no stars but 1 was minimum ! I give them a big F !

This a Zero star review Workers are very poor instructed and unknowledgeable about how to sell stuff, how to build the basket and the add ons they have no clue about selling at all. Of course very poor customer service the interaction with customers is zero the Owner Chad has a disgusting attitude and zero respect for clients and he runs away of issues they cause for no take action on his failure. I am so glad I will never have to deal with this people never again. I encourage people that actually look into reviews take this as consideration as they only care about getting the money to do not buy anything from here, you will thank me later.

I just went and took my wife's car to get brakes and roters and the service was great. The work was done fast and I had a great experience with Luis. He was professional each time I called and talked to him.i go there regularly because it's close and the work is always good but Luis really made the experience so much better. Despite the area, he still was professional and treated me with respect, which is not common in black areas. Thank u Luis I will definitely be back!!

I bought a set of wheels from this company, and had them do an alignment. I made numerous attempts to contact them about uneven wear on the front tires and got no help. Since then I've taken the truck to another business and had them check the alignment. It's off quite a bit and I destroyed the tires, even with a tire rotation once a month. Don't trust these guys to do your alignment, or to stand behind their work. To top it off, I was charged at least $600 more than what I was quoted. These guys are snakes. Don't do business with them.

WARNING... BAD BUSINESS TO DO WORK WITH........ From business owner to business relationship.. Chad can not stand to his work... They did alignment for one of my customer car and steering, not straight.. I took it back to him to fix it.. Chad complained about steering rack bad and shock bad. That's why he can't get it right.. every excuse in the book.. the car is a sports car, and that is how the steering feels.. ,rack isn't bad. Shock is not at best. But that doesn't stop it from the wheel alignment and having steering wheel straight.. He also tries to put my business down in front of a customer.. He has no business respect for people.. All he cares about is making quick money.. I wouldn't do business with him again.. One of the worker there is good but can't say the rest of them good... Luis, the only one tries to help.. PLEASE DON'T do business with Chad tires.. He will make every excuse in the book to not fix his problem. I got a business and if a customer has a problem I will try to fix it .. I will not turn it down. I will try and see what's going on.. He just put your business aside because he can't make money of it.. His own tech told him he was wrong for putting down people's products. He claimed his product was better.. He charges for a 4 wheel alignment and does a 2 wheel alignment, and he can't even use an aligment machine right(Chad) .. Luis knows his work..

Quick and accurate is hard to find lately at a tire shop. This place had the tires I needed on hand and for an unbeatable price. A little under an hour in and out. Will be back for more work when I need it.

the worst place! I do not recommend! Bad service, always with the feeling of being cheated. I changed 4 235/65/ tires and they put another 225 and made up an excuse and didn't change them. really very bad.
