Was here to get tires mounted. They did a ok job overall. Directional tires were mounted correctly. Lug nuts were tightened over 100 ft lbs though, which for my car model it’s supposed to be max of 94 ft lbs. The tires were balanced correctly with no issues on the road over 70mph. You’ll have to drive your car up to the lift and pick it up from the lift. Guy at the front desk was terrible. He tried to charge me twice. He charged me $35 per mount, I had 4 done, which should’ve been $140 + tax. Somehow it was $175. According to him the machine does that when paying with a card, plus, the machine asks for a tip on top of that. Tire job 4*, customer service 1*.

I came here in February when I needed a couple of tires quick after having a flat. My dad always recommends champtires and had work and told me i should be fine too go myself and that everyone at west mifflin is helpful and friendly. I needed to go somewhere the following day where I didn't want to be on a donut and the west mifflin location was closed so I stopped here. I go in and an employee came out to look at my tires and see what I need. When I was outside he was looking me up and down and talked about how he was a tattoo artist and asked If I want or have tattoos. He kept asking questions like my age which I was sure to say I was 19 because this man was at least 30. Which he responded to that's a shame. When I went back inside and paid for my tires and waited for my vehicle he would not stop staring. When I went to get my vehicle he literally said to me " I just keep looking at you and you're going to make a man very happy one day". So I go outside for my car and someone literally floors it in reverse right by where I'm standing pops out and asks me what year is this I love it. I let that slide but it didn't seem very professional to not be a little more careful with your customers vehicle. The people inside the garage seemed nice but whoever is inside and taking payments was very creepy. I have no complaints on the prices or tires but I would not recommend this place to any young women. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in the waiting area alone. I did not want to write a negative review but it has been months and someone recently mentioned this place and I still have very negative feelings towards my experience.

I wasn’t sure how to rate this place. 5⭐️ for The gentlemen that work here, they are kind and very helpful. They offered to drive my car up to the garage. I don’t know why customers complained about that. I had 2 used tires put on for a total of $210. The 1 tire they put on has a DOT 2015 and the other tire doesn’t have the year on it. I google “ tires without a DOT and it said it’s because they didn’t meet state requirements. Am I safe driving my car with a tire from 2015? I didn’t get to see the tires before they were put on, they were pretty busy during the time I was there. FOLLOW UP REVIEW:: champ tire responded to my review immediately, Excellent Customer Support. They reassured me that the tire was good and the other tire does have a DOT, it’s on the other side of the tire. I can’t thank you enough. The place gets 5 . ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️‼️ Follow up review

Needed tires asap was able to get me what I needed and even at a better price than originally quoted. They showed me the tires right in front of me and were very courteous. Quick and painless.

Over charged prices here they wanted $95 for a 7/32 tire when a brand new tire for my vehicle cost only $105. Go to swifty tires in penn hills 🗣️🗣️ Great pricing thank me later

These guys do excellent work very quickly! I’ve now brought three vehicles here, and they’ve saved me hundreds of dollars in tire repairs vs total replacements.

Came in with a donut and left with a new tire in under 15 minutes. Gave me the cheapest quote I could find too. Would definitely recommend

They sold me tires that do not match with different max pressure ratings. I confirmed with them that they will be the same and match when purchasing (as initially didn't need all 4 tires to be replaced but wanted them to match). I trusted them and took their word for it but shouldn't have. Per the manufacturer the tires should match the max pressure if they are the same tires. Something seems off with their tires they sell you. They refuse to do anything or respond and even hung up on me. Terrible customer service with no intention to make things right. Be careful as they will not help if something is wrong and they will put the blame on you.

Champ tires came through for me when I needed it the most. I needed four tires asap. I called they ordered my tires with a small deposit and got me four brand new tires with instillation at an extremely affordable rate. They were efficient and quick. Highly recommend

****BEWARE**** Champ tires has no problem selling tires with cracked sidewalls, punctures, bad plugs, etc. When the tire you buy has an issue, they chalk it up to "it somehow got through our extensive inspection process". Customer service is also a joke. They will try anything they can to make the customer eat the cost. If you value safety on the road, buy tires from an actual reputable business; this ain't it!!!!!! Edit: After posting this review, they issued me a credit. It's a shame that this wasn't resolved without this review. Also, threatening legal action for an accurate review, in a nut shell, is what type of business you're dealing with...

I wanted to thank Champs Tires for fixing my rear tires of my car. After I discovered they were leaking I brought the car to Champs. They actually said the tires were in great shape and repaired them. Thanks so much for your help!! I wanted to add to my review. I had a tire blowout. I drove my car with my spare to Champs. They sold a very reasonable pair of replacement tires for less than what one new replacement tire would be. Thanks again!!

I've been going for 8 years. I like that it's a black owned business. It's affordable for me used like new is good enough for me. It's chill, no fuss, drama. They get it done in under an hr vibes and if your cool you may get a real conversation in with people if they're not busy. No internet reception Be prepared with your own snacks although there's vending machines.

They over priced for a tire, beware conveniently by the next day another tire was leaking. They won't respect your or your car, go somewhere else. I was warned not to go there and twice I regret it. Stay away !!!!

Excellent prices and products! The absolute worst customer service! Barely responded to my question, acted as though I was bothering them. Made me leave waiting room to pull car into the service bay myself. Tools and tires scattered around, I could have tripped on numerous objects. Pretty sure thats an insurance livability. Put my tireson incorrectly. Tires have a directional tread and they were put on backwards. Wont be giving them money again. Update: tires were not directional, just not put on properly. I took them to my normal mechanic and they now ride very smooth. I appreciate that champs responded. Still not going back due to poor cuatomer experience.
