Superior service! Jeff was SO good to my family. Rusty Eck wanted to charge me almost $7500 for a transmission. Got one from Chance, for $5600. Highly recommend this company!

Would highly recommend chance transmission. we were passing through Wichita on our way to Texas, and it felt like the vehicles transmission was slipping, we called them up immediately and they were able to get us in for a diagnostic and it ended up being a misfit on cylinder six, which felt like the transmission was going out. They charged us nothing for the diagnostic and they could have easily said the transmission was bad and we would have never known. Would very highly recommend and we are grateful for their honesty.

Heroic! I took our 2011 BMW to a dealership in Wichita and was told it needed a new transmission for $10,000 which is as much as car is worth. I was referred to Chance Transmissions and they took a look and were able to repair our car for around $ 300. It is definitely fixed and didn’t need a new transmission. So thankful for the knowledge, honesty, and professional service we received. Great people!

They gave me tons of information about my truck and they got me the right filter and a cork gasket when oreillys gave me a hard kinked rubber one that wouldn’t lie flat and wrong filter. Chance was even cheaper then oreillys so there’s that. If you are having transmission issues just have these people do it for you they have been in Wichita for many years and they just know what they are doing.

From the first phone call to the picking up of our vehicle Jay and the crew did a tremendous job of identifying and fixing our transmission and vehicle issues. They were good at staying in contact with us at each step of the process. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was tremendous! I highly recommend them, they'll treat you right and do a great job!

Recently purchased a 2013 Infinity JX35 on 4/11/24 from the seller in Enid, OK where the owner took this vehicle to this company for a transfer case replacement on 3/28/24. However this company failed to replace the transfer case axle seals which began leaking after vehicle was driven over a 100 miles back to Enid, OK. You would think a company would replace a $30 part when everything is already apart during the transfer case replacement. Seals were defective as I had multiple mechanics verify in Enid, OK I had to spend $301 parts and labor to fix something that should have been done during the transfer case replacement.

Used them to install a new clutch for my 2017 WRX. I bought my own parts for the install. Good communication and price. Local dealership wanted way too much and wanted a diagnostic fee.😒

I brought my GHIG 5.0 to this shop. I was bawling my eyes out the whole time. Every phone call, poor guys had to listen to me cry like a baby. 🤣 They got me in within a couple days. They were beyond professional and courteous. Personally, I wouldn’t know what to do with a sobbing woman on the phone but they did great 🤣🤣 I would recommend them every time. I work at Firestone and every single customer(probably 15 customers in the last 2 months) with transmission issues I send to Chance Transmission. Thank you guys for being quick, kind and caring. My business will never transfer to a different shop.

I called spoke with Jay, told him my issues, he then told me to drop truck off to be diagnosed " for free " he told me I needed a valve body replacement and an estimate of cost and when it can be done. My truck was diagnosed and fixed within 26 hours!!! Very professional I'd recommend this business anytime

Myers automotive tried to tell me my transmission went out and was going to charge me $6000 for a new one. Not only that, but then he tried to upsell me on a ton of other things like brakes, rotors, and flushes. I went to chance transmissions and they confirmed that my transmission was OK and it was not the issue. Integrity is everything. I would highly recommend these guys. They are a company you can truly trust.

Terrible experience. I have a muscle car went to Chance for a over drive Transmission. They told me what I needed for my application. Never worked brought it back 6 times 125 miles round trip each time as it would not shift automatically had to manually shift. The 6th time they told me to pay $2600 more and they would make it right. So its has sit in the shop developed bad leaks just sitting? Did Terrible work and Terrible customer service. I've finally got it to another shop. Praying for a much better experience that I can review highly. Please BEWARE!!!

They were able to fix my Audi A7 C7. It had a coolant valve leak, which affected the mechatronic unit. It took a little bit, but there's also a lot of parts to diagnose... came in under my budget and Waaaay under what the Audi dealership quoted me.

They're taking on more work than they have the man power to support. I called ahead to scheduled a timeslot for service. In spite of this, they ended up keeping my car in the shop for 2 days and never got around to actually working on it. Then they charged me $50 for the privilege.
